Did not get greeted or even looked at once with two people at the desk and no other customers.very disappointing

Heard of this big name of mountaineer shop, come here for the first time, the shoes is a beauty and should be last through rough environment

Really disappointing customer experience. Received a gift a little while back for my birthday but never tried it on till recently. The jacket didn't fit. Tried to go to store to exchange it but as I didn't have a receipt I couldn't even swap it for the next size up.

Not really a great customer experience. All of the tags are still on there and it was purchased from this store so I'm extremely disappointed and now stuck with a jacket that doesn't fit me. Won't be advocating for this product moving forward - should just go to Patagonia instead who do more for the environment and actually have flexible policies.

Really bad shopping experience, some staff are not professional& not friendly.don’t ask questions as they are not willing to answer any questions, if you need help with the size, unfortunately, they only tell you all sizes are in front of you, so have a look by yourself.

Also, the opening hours May different. Thursday and Friday they close at 6? 7? Definitely not 9.

Worst place. Staff not customer friendly. I bought a jacket as gift and the lady gave it with the security tag which i noticed the next morning. This is not my faulty to be a watch of tag. Unfortunately, nothing buzzed when i crossed the exit. Dont go.

I bought a Ventrix jacket but it has no care instructions and doesn't have any perforations like the authentic jacket is supposed to have. I believe it's a fake. Still looks good though but yeah if I wanted a fake I could have bought 10 for the same price at QVM

Good customer service and clothes are well below retail prices. Had no trouble returning items for different size and style. Limited range though.

"Outlet prices" were way much more expensive than normal prices in Europe. I'm very disappointed.

The saleswomen who worked there during my visit was super friendly and funny in the right way. I had a great time shopping there. Plus, there are more items than the shop in the city.

1st time buyer for hiking shoes.
Looked for one with a solid grip but have comfortable cushions for walking thru the rocky paths. Checked and tried different brands.

Came accross NF, the staff at this store is very accomodating and insightful towards my needs. Introduced one with the right technical specs, great cushion, waterproof, and had it delivered speedily and promptly from other far away outlet.

* and Not pushing towards the current inventory that they had at the moment.

Adventure gear, clothing is amazing, high quality stuff. Everything is always well organised and staff is willing to respond all your questions. It is just amazing.

Fought through an hour of peak traffic to get here and they were closed. I now have to go home. Please fix your website opening hours hey.
