11/10 customer service experience with this store!

I had to return an online item to the store because I bought the wrong size (messed up US to AU conversion) and had to exchange in store urgently so I could use the item for an international trip. I was told by the store that there may be complications exchanging as I paid via PayPal and used a voucher. On top of that they are closing for renovations on Sunday

A lovely girl called jessica gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received in retail and spoke with head office to make the exchange possible for me One of the male workers who served me a on the night I picked them up was also exceptional! Literally all I can say is thank you to everyone!

Really rude customer support. Asian lady acted like it was an effort to help us try and get new sizes. Young obnoxious girl with two plaits in her hair, threw her hands up in the air because we walked out of the shop too slow in front of her.management needs to sharpen on these employees.

Bought a bag from here. Asked if they price match.erm nope. So returned it and bought the same product $60 cheaper from an online retailer.stupid.

Went in looking to get a full snowboarding kit as it’s my first time going to the snow. Danni was amazing and so helpful in finding the right fit and base layers that worked for me. She didn’t try and push me into anything and was amazing to just chat with and get some advice. Thank you Danni!

We possibly went at a busy time but they needed more staff when we went. The one employee did a great job of attending to everyone's needs in the store in a positive manner. Due to her positive nature we were happy to wait. I've definitely left a store due to having to wait when the staff isn't as friendly. At the end of the day we got what we wanted and are very happy with the product.

Really disappointed. I went in looking for a vest and staff told me itd take them 20 minutes to find the colour & size. So I said yes no problem ill be back to purchase it. I came back an hour later and the same worker told me she would have a look out the back and then came back saying they mustve sold out of all their stock in that hour. I found this very hard to believe and feel really disappointed by this service. I have been looking for this vest for ages and what a let down that they couldnt be honest with me and say they hadnt looked yet. Why would I want to pay $370 for a vest if I cant even have any form of service, it really made me feel like finding the vest in my size was a burden causing 20 minutes of lost time for the worker. Left with no vest and now have to go out of my way again to go find another stockist since the staff did not want to do their job.

The staff are not helpful. Not organized. 2 days later and stock has not been put out. Store manager needs wake up. Only if the staff can keep up with the brand!

Such a disappointing experience. Three team members standing behind the counter ignoring a store full of people. Not a single word said to ANY of us. They were too busy loudly talking about their explicit private lives & weekend plans to bother helping anyone. I wish I could say this was a one off experience, but it's the same thing EVERYTIME both myself & friends have been into this store.
I truly hope their management & head office read these reviews as the entire team obviously needs a complete overhaul.

Three staff at the store talking, no one’s attention on what customers looking. Disappointed. Better place around.

Extremely helpful and friendly team, I was EXTREMELY impressed and will go back. They also have a fantastic range of top-quality items. Loved compared sharing dig photos with the team as well!

There was a complication with my jacket repair and Jess helped me sort everything out really well and efficiently. Super kind and helpful team with great customer service

Nice and clean store with a fairly good range however limited in sizes which they store. Staff are really helpful and nice though and offered to call around to check other stores if they have stock. Prices are not too bad.

Most staff were good and friendly, except the tall one who was rather rude and entirely disinterested at helping.

I would like to give 5-star because the ladies were very nice and polite to fix my problems.

Great service and classy gear. I was desperate to get hiking boots for a child, sans child and with sketchy sizing, all under pressure. I got great help and a solid returns option if it didn't work out (it did)

Love this store, my BF Daniel Andrews and I always come here every Tuesday afternoon for the new north face deals

Unfortunately out of stock of the two items I needed to change size for, but we're very helpful in giving me my options and how I could go about it!
