The Mulgrave Motel (Formerly Mulgrave Court Motor Inn)

Victor and Sarah are very Friendly. I always enjoy staying at the mulgrave it is my favourite motel in Melbourne. I have stayed there a few times now and the breakfast is delicious and nice. The drinks are cold. Excellent parking outside of the room the beds are comfortable. The tv is good you can bring your own DVD/bluray player and watch movies. The rooms are clean. The shower is nice and hot and relaxing. The mulgrave isn't to far from the sandown Park hotel. Victor is a very kind and friendly person and Sarah is aswell. They are very helpful.

Second time staying at the Mulgrave motel. Victor and Sarah were most friendly and obliging. Amenities here were excellent.large clean room with modern bathroom. Great location.close to Hospital which we had to attend. Adjacent to the Vale Hotel.wonderful food. Would certainly recommend this motel and will stay here again if required. Loved the drinks and Tim Tams!

Very nice place after long day day of work, great pokies machines, I had great experience with this venue.

Soooo we were looking for a short stay with a cheaper price and we saw the Mulgrave Motel, the place was nice, unfortunately was not so clean (hair in the bathroom and etc)
The location is about 30 min away from the attractions we went to, so I wouldn't say the Best location, but again for the price, was ok.
My favorite thing was that we had Netflix!
Although the internet was NOT the best. I still managed to enjoy the room and its facilities.
Keep in mind the bed was really soft, to those who prefer a harder mattress.
Overall I would recommend one or two nights here top and just for sleep - a go in-go out kind of stop.

The staff are very friendly & nothing was too much of an effort. Clean, neat & tidy rooms with plenty of parking & centrally located with pub & shops close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & Highly recommended.

A comfortable 3 star room at a reasonable price, location was handy, with eateris within walking distance. Management and staff were very friendly and rectified any issues we had promptly. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Would stay again.

I’m still staying here and honestly the hospitality and the way I’m treated here is amazing. Victor has been so easy going and helpful here during my stay I haven’t had to worry about a thing. Very easy going and helpful I would honestly recommend staying here for a peaceful and easy going experience. Victor you’re a 10/10:)

We stayed one night in a family room. The room was clean, freshly painted with an elegant bathroom area. Bedding was crisp and inviting with super, soft pillows, the rainfall shower was just fabulous.
As for the service - absolutely lovely. Victor was so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Is was a pleasure to stay in this refurbished motel, we will be back!

The host was very warming and kind. Offered us cold bottle water and soft drink when we checked in. My 7yr old daughter was so touched by her kindness she left a note saying thank you when we left. The host was also very accomadating for us to have a late check out. Room was nice and clean, renovated with new bathroom. We only stayed 1 night but definitely will come back again.

Stayed here for two weeks in two different rooms one was really nice, the other was on the ground floor, could not sleep all week, as the person above had guests on the hour every hour all night doing adult activities.

Sarah and Victa are amazing people and friendly. Go to stay if your on the fly looking for accommodation before 11pm is always a possibility for a room and clean really lovely people couldn't fault a single thing. If your on drugs think otherwise.

I love the manager she's very accommodating but I got black listed because of my ex and now I'm not allowed back at the property

Managed by Victor who deserves more than 5 stars for his exceptional customer service. He is always smiling, ever so polite and helpful. He really does look after all his guests to the highest of standards. The reception and housekeeping staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. They are so welcoming, friendly and professional. Gold stars for Victor, Emily, Sarah, Pat and Richard. The units are modern, very neat and clean. The beds, pillows and couches are super comfy and cosy. Crisp White high quality linen and great sized bath towels too. Lovely smelling shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap gentle enough to use on your face. Soft toilet paper and tissues. Quality brand coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits in the rooms. Having the generous sized long life milk chilled is a big plus. I personally dislike the milk pods other motels use - no matter how many you add to your cuppa it doesn’t get lighter in colour. They have cold water in the fridge on arrival. Ample car parking. Immaculately landscaped and maintained gardens. On site laundry. Cold drinks available for purchase. Supermarket, Hotel, Bottleshop and Bunnings across the street. Lovely bakery, dining and take away food options around the corner. Enjoyed our stay. Will visit again. Thanks for doing such a great job and really taking pride in offering exceptional customer service.

Perfect for an overnight/business. Clean enough tidy and reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The boss man Victor is an absolute gem, bought the boss a couple of six packs after he let me stay during the pandemic. He even gave me a good reference.
