Staff very helpful, but they didn't have the ergonomic handles crutches that I wanted in stock.

This store has a large range of products suitable for Disabled and semi disabled.
The staff are always helpful, and there was good range of Walkers on show. I was very grateful for the personal help from the Sales representative on the day. I have purchased items here over the years, and I recommend it to others.

Really disappointing. Ordered and payed for a wheelchair, then when I rang up to confirm a pick up time they informed me that they didn’t even have that wheelchair in stock. Don’t let people pay for it and organise to pick it up if you can’t give it to them.

I went to this store recently but I was very disappointed by the attitude of the Manager. I will not be going back to this store again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience and will not recommend this store to anyone.

Daisy was extremely helpful when I came to buy my first Walker. She explained everything really well, didn’t rush me at all & was very patient with me. The fact that you were open on a Saturday when the traffic was not so busy was a big plus. Thank you Daisy.

Thank-you to the mobilty store for helping me when I came in with an issue on a purchace of an alarm mat. Firstly Tim was very helpful and came up with a great solution to help my parents. Then when I came in the store the lovely sales ladies were very attentive and helped me through reprogramming the mat. It was a success and everything is working fine.

Today we went to buy or rent mobility walker, the lady at sales counter, didn’t bother to get up give us any help in choosing right product for us.

After we waited five minutes we went to counter to ask for some information, she was extremely rude…. Never expected such type behaviour from anyone. Whilst we were asking few questions, some other customers walked in, she left us and started talking to them… we felt it so embarrassed, we walked out of stores

Never going to visit it again and not recommending this place to buy any products from them

We were searching for suitable slippers for my elderly mum who has a club foot. We found the girls who attended to our needs very helpful and considerate. Thank you so much.

Despite spending $3000+ and having to wait 4+ weeks for delivery, mobility blackburn still sent the wrong colour bed base and now refuses to make amends for their mistake. Do not shop here. The staff here do not care about people, only $.

Such polite staff who were really helpful and assisted us with purchasing a discounted mobility lift and recliner chair for Dad. We will be returning to this store for any other needs. It is well organised and spacious, with all your aged and/or disability requirements.

Overall, very good range and prices and excellent customer service at pickup. However,
they need to keep better track of what accessories were included with hire items. That would avoid unnecessary embarrassment when accusations are made on return that parts are missing.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are friendly extremely helpful and efficient. They will reserve a scooter and their hire prices and delivery costs are very very competitive. We ordered a scooter that was not fit for the terrain and it was quickly replaced for a more appropriate one. The scooter was in excellent condition and new. I will not hesitate to use them again. SUPERB
