The Memo, Healesville reviews
10Went and saw a show for the u3a, the 3 musketeers.was absolutely fabulous, the staff were all so accommodating and friendly. Such a beautiful part of Healesville.
Great council run cinema. Very quiet usually get the place to yourself off peak and small groups during peak. Usually runs older movies but during peak you'll gather the odd movie that's current at other cinemas. No fresh popcorn though and drinks and lolly choices are limited. Service is great, ticket prices are cheap, food is expensive, place is always clean.
Great atmosphere and great sound!
It was Russell Morris and band tonight!
Absolutely fantastic
Live music at it's best
Yarra Ranges Film Society brilliant films Monthly. Tonight the Olive Tree a Spanish film. Joun up!
Great to see a film without having to sit through 15 mins of commerial ads. Only problem at the Memo is the uncomfortable seats. Will bring a cushion next time.
Love the Memo. Every event or show I have seen there has been wonderful. I have had my art exhibited there also and the service is always second to none!
It's now 3 years later and the seats now need replacing as they very uncomfortable by the end of a show.
The Memo is such a great space. Go and see the current art exhibition before a movie or performance, and take your glass of wine in with you! We saw a Dylanesque performance to a packed audience. Wonderfully talented group playing Dylan and Tom Petty songs, with Jeff Jenkins a stand out as Bob Dylan. Sadly their last gig. But keep an eye out for a reunion in future!
Great venue for a session facilitated by Yarra Ranges Council. Helpful staff on-hand for any queries. Easy parking (out the back)
