Saluja swore at me and insulted my life situation. He is the worst doctor I've ever had.

Can’t answer phones. I’ve been trying to get a script for over a month and can’t even get them to answer a call or message

I am a patient of Dr Saluja and I cannot recommend him enough! He is patient, understanding, listens and takes me seriously, and explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. So happy to have been recommended him by another patient!

The Centre’s reception is unfortunately not so great (bad with receiving docs via email and unreliable phone answering) but the experience with Dr Saluja makes it very worth it! Highly recommend Dr Saluja to anyone seeking help.

He was my psychiatrist at Dandenong.
My parents trusted his judgment.
Seeing him again at the MPC last year made it clear that there was no transparency with his treatment.
Not to mention borderline negligence…
I would advise anyone who sees a psychiatrist to know their rights as a patient well before hand.

I was nervous seeing prior reviews, but my experience with Dr. Saluja has been great, and perhaps they have new admin?

I was put on a waitlist for assessment, and assessed by the doctor. I had no issues getting my script and was prescribed for a short period to check on how I progressed. I emailed some notes on my experience and was contacted by the doctor to modify and monitor my dose.

I realised later my dose wouldn't last until the next appointment, and the admin team ensured my emails were forwarded and the doctor called me back to ensure I got my script in time.

I've been very happy with the level of professionalism and support in terms of ensuring my needs were met.

I've been seeing Dr Sareen for the last two years. I've never had a problem with booking an appointment or obtaining needed prescriptions. Dr Sareen always listens and gives enough time for a thorough assessment, and he actively sets reminders for new prescriptions so that I never run out (he remembers for me). The staff are always pleasant and emails are passed on promptly. I'm very happy with this practice.

Great psychiatrists! Dr Sareen has supported me, listened to me and validated my concerns. Never made me feel less than. I felt understood.

Only issue is it is a serious ordeal trying to get someone to answer the phone or getting a script sent to your pharmacy. Remember to ask for scripts at your appointment or you might be waiting a week or two for your scripts!

Avoid this practice if you can.they change their fee schedule without warning, don’t give you enough repeats to last until your next appointment and then ignore all calls / emails.they don’t take their patients seriously.

Dr Saluja is warm and explains each medication to you and the pros and risks involved. He will ensure you are given enough information to understand your medication and will help get you on the right track. With the help of both Dr Saluja and Dr Sareen, I went from have a tick, stuttering and being unable to handle bright lights or noises due to intense mental health issues, to being able to go to concerts, work and even go back to uni without any ticks, stutters or anxiety.

Highly disappointed. No receptionists. Poor communication. They kept making me wait until my past history arrived and then when it did, I was discharged from their care- leaving me stranded. I feel this was retribution as I accidentally cancelled an appointment. I believe this clinic only cares about the money and not the patient. I would never treat a patient in this manner and I am a doctor.

Nil stars. Paid $650 for my grandson to be assessed to see if he had ADHD. Dr Sareen wanted to put him on amphetamine based medication with very little assessment. I asked continually WHY he felt he may have ADHD and whether there was another treatment and I did not get a reply. Absolute rip off. Would NEVER recommend this doctor, I could have done a better job. I sent numerous emails and did never get a reply. I wish I had not paid in full as I wouldn't have wasted my money. I am going to follow up with requesting a part refund but I know I will get no answer.

Rude and unprofessional Administrator. Waiting over a month for a call back. After calling 3 times and asking for a call back regarding my referral. Would not recommend this center for anyone who actually needs help with a mental health issue.

Initial consultation with Dr Saluja went very well, since then I have received the worst service from any business I have ever dealt with. Chasing up a prescription for 2 weeks, from driving to the clinic to have it not be there when I was informed otherwise, sending it to wrong chemists and then being unavailable for contact for over 48 hours to give confirmation to the chemist to collect a prescription. The stress and anxiety caused by this clinics incompetence is not worth the prices I paid just for my consultations. Avoid at all costs.

I saw Dr Ajay, and told him I suspected I had ASD. He didn't even bother questioning this deeper, and I was able to get a diagnosis from a different health professional later. At $270 a session, your money and time is better spent elsewhere.

I would recommend seeing a psychologist instead

Constantly having to chase up prescriptions after numerous emails and voicemails left weeks prior. Not taken seriously as a patient. Avoid this service.

Dr Neeraj Sareen is undoubtably the worst psychiatrist I have ever been engaged with. I haven’t seen him for about a year as he just wants to put me on multiple debilitating medications I don’t need because of my diagnosis, during the 2nd appointment told me to quit law school and go on the disability pension when I’m not even close to being eligible for it as I’m not unwell enough.

I required and requested a script during one of the initial appointments and he advised I would receive it shortly after. I only received it after following up twice in the span of the two months thereafter.

Breached Doctor patient confidentiality (I never signed the disclosure forms to allow him to speak to an immediate family member - whom he charged close to $500 to speak about me with).

MPC continues to book me in for random appointments I haven’t made without notifying me & generically advises you are liable for the full fee for cancellation within 48 hours…for random sporadic appointments I did not book.

Dr Sareen is a fraud psychiatrist who employs unethical, exploitative practices in over medicating patients, seemingly motivated by financial greed.

I urge patients to go elsewhere and engage with a psychiatrist who listens, cares and designs a practical plan to well-being.

Don't recommend.will give you a diagnosis but will not offer any support. I asked Dr sareen per victim assists request to sign a document for me that helped me get literally $10k.he refused to sign this document for me but only told me after I had waited 3 months. I ended up going to a random doctor immediately after and he signed it for me no problems.don't go here unless you want someone that's going to waste your time. He also immediately cut me off when I hadn't paid for one of our assessments ignoring the fact that if he had just signed that document from the beginning I could have paid it. I'll also mention the complete lack of care and any current not outdated knowledge on mental health and disorders like ADHD.even though he says to specialise in it.go here for a diagnosis but don't come here if you want actual therapy.

Dr Neeraj Sareen has helped me significantly through my mental health issues this year. He's a meticulous doctor and caring individual who I couldn't recommend more highly!
