Was a well organised and smoothly run event.
Not too packed.
Just enough people to give it a great atmosphere.

We stayed in Clancy's overflow area. It was very good. Plenty of room.

Get there earlier in week if you want a good spot. It does fill up.
Trailer toilets are a bit rough, be prepared.

Dump spot and clean water are close. Take spare water containers.

Can get boggy if lots of rain.
Though the main vehicle tracks, not around the tents and caravans.

I'll do it again one day.

Great family time. For horse lovers an ultimate fun time but there is music, poetry reading, shopping, food, bar, street parade, re-enactment is a must. Prepare for all sorts of weather.

Soo poorly organised and to say theyve been going for 27years. It would have been acceptable if they had been at it
27 minutes. Not even a sign directing you to main area. Paid total $600 then if you want a program another $5 and music entertainment was pretty average.the main event to view the ride down the mountsin was a 6klm traffic jam. We got out of line went back to van packed up and went home will NEVER be back Absouloutly Disgustided

When in Corryong the museum is a must visit attraction. Great local memorabilia, even an old rocking horse that my wife spent many hours on as a young girl. Also the blanket that Mr Simpson knitted when he was a POW during World War 2. Allow plenty of time to view all of the exhibits.

Great family event. Thoroughly enjoyed. It's become a regular trek for us to get away from the city.

The festival is an adventure. With do many things to see and do. It is at a small country in the Upper Murray in Victoria. It is over a three day period where men and horse are put through many stages to see who becomes The Man. There are many other things to do i.e. Street parade, bush poetry renactment of the Reilly Ridrrrs round up the horses and bring them down the hill while thrry read the poem that Banjo Patterson wrote. 20,000 off thousand visit over the 3vsays

Loved this experience. Highlight for me was watching the amazing loyal working dogs. Please organisers find a bigger space to showcase the dog jumping.the crowds loved your rural doggies and the wonderful out-of t-towner lab who had a good crack at jumping for a smacko. A big shout out to the great job a young man (about 10-12 years old) did behind the jump.moving hay bales and protecting gaps with his own foot for the safety of the handlers and dogs. Don't know who you are but you epitomised the culture of Cooryong. Well done!

Amazing experience! Riley's ride is fantastic and the festival competition shows some incredible horsemanship.
