I highly recommend Jess. She is so informative, and has helped me understand and manage my pain so well- couldn’t have found a better physio!

It was my first time visiting a women’s health physio and Jess made me feel so comfortable. I had no issues with opening up to her and talking about my problems. I would highly recommend seeing her, so worth the drive!

Jess is amazing! She helped me throughout my pregnancy and afterwards. I think my pelvic floor is better than when I wasn’t pregnant because of Jess. She also helped me with hip pain while I was pregnant, and created specific exercise programs tailored to my needs. I could not recommend her more highly.

Jess is highly professional and super knowledgeable. I saw her throughout my pregnancy during covid. We had a mix of face to face and Telehealth appointments. She was always prepared for our sessions, assigned really achievable exercises to achieve goals that we set collaboratively and my outcomes were well beyond what I expected! Highly recommend!

After visiting multiple Pelvic Floor Physio's over the last few years and seeing no progress I turned to the Mama Physio and couldn't of asked for a better Physio. Jess' knowledge and service is by far the best and I am forever grateful for her amazing work and helping me achieve my goals:)

I cannot rate Jess highly enough.
After fracturing my back in an accident 10 years ago, staying strong and receiving the best possible care is of the utmost importance to me. My second pregnancy also brought about a plethora of women’s health and pelvic issues that Jess was able to help with. I always feel listened to, comfortable and in safe hands. She explains things really well, and sets realistic exercises/homework for your lifestyle-meaning results and improvements are achievable. Her Pilates classes are tough, varied and well structured, but also fun and relaxed, and after doing her reformer classes, I have never received so many compliments on my derrière! For physio, Pilates or training, go see Jess, you won’t regret it!

I saw Jess throughout both my pregnancies and after each baby for both physio and Pilates and she is absolutely fantastic! I credit Jess for getting me through a tough second pregnancy with pelvic girdle pain. I could not recommend her more, she is so lovely but also knows her stuff! She’s my go-to, women’s health guru! I only wish she wasn’t now living on the other side of world from me!

I started seeing Jess through my pregnancy when I was having hip and back issues. She worked wonders in helping me to minimise this pain and strengthen my body for birth and post pregnancy. She is incredibly knowledgeable in women’s health which was very reassuring for me given it was my first child

Jess is an extremely professional and conscientious women’s health physiotherapist. She quickly and confidently diagnosed my hip and pelvic pain during my first pregnancy, recommending treatment and strategies that alleviated my pain completely within a short amount of time. She makes her patients feel very comfortable and at ease during the sensitive and emotional time that is pregnancy. I also love the Mama Physio tips and short workouts that come up in my newsfeed - they motivate me to keep moving during my pregnancy in safe ways!
