Great selection of craft beer on tap, a good vibe in the place, with friendly locals and lots of nice spaces to sit. Food is quite good and there's always something interesting happening on the live music front. A relaxing place to eat and drink and enjoy yourself.

An awesome “local” for many in the area. A beaut spot for a counter meal and a few drinks.

Too-notch venue for bands of all sorts.

Gobsmacked. Effervescent. Rambunctious. A few of the feelings I experienced during my evening tenure at the Lomond Hotel. What a tour-de-force of beverage-imbibing, a lucid powerhouse of raw experience. I highly recommend this establishment.

The Lomond Hotel is a Brunswick tradition. An affordable range of quality meals and most nights there is high quality music for free. I have been going there for over twenty years and recommend it as a night out to my friends.

I just come for the music, some small crowds- lotta people missing out on great, great music. Never struck a dud night yet. And the drinks are still cheap!

That young bearded fella behind the bar is a nice piece of eye candy, I think his name is Josh. What a lady killer!

Supports great local music, great bar staff & top tucker:) Sound man needs to work on keeping his mouth shut during performances though.

My local and a great place. Always have cheap beer options and food specials all week. Delicious food.

Ate in the bistro section for dinner. Reasonably priced meals and good portions. Steaks were cooked as requested and the main overall was tasty. Only slightly bad aspect was the Kilpatrick oysters which had so much bacon and Worcester sauce that we couldn't taste the oysters (possibly deliberately).

Good alcohol choice however there's no menu because it keeps changing. Service was friendly but frantic as there was only one waitress who was run off her feet.

Would return.
