Relaxed and modern rooms. Reception was polite and efficient. Appointment was on time and the doctor was though. He listened and spent the time to not rush me.

I was left very impressed with my first visit to The Local Doctor in Ivanhoe. From the amazing ambiance to the friendly staff working in reception I felt right at ease straight away. Dr. Ed (The Skin) was extremely professional, very friendly, clear in his communication with the latest equipment.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

Good clinic! A few good, caring doctors, open-minded and listening. Ready to explain and discuss things with you. Chris, Amita and Allen are great. Nice nurses, lovely premises as well.

The care and attention I received at the TLD was exceptional. From a warm welcome in a clean, comfortable waiting area to efficient processing of paperwork, every detail was attended to. Dr. Irwin was thorough, kind, and highly skilled. His team provided top-notch care. An overall outstanding healthcare experience - highly recommended!

I've been treated by Physiotherapist Tim Wolff. After visiting many others Physiotherapist, finally I found the best, very professional and really helpful. Right now he is treating me to aboid another cervical surgery. I highly recommend him. You will see results and start to feel better.

Lovely open waiting room and barely any waiting time for your appointment which is so refreshing. Staff are fabulous and you never feel rushed or just a number.

I attended the clinic last week to get my second degree burns dressed. Was treated in quite a blasé way and not given much concern. The nurse placed adhesive bandages over the burns without any protection. Within 24 hours this caused an infection and pulled all of the healed skin straight off. I attended another clinic and was told the dressing was not appropriate. Will not attend again.

Dr Grace Ho is warm, friendly and welcoming. As a mother of two young children I have appreciated the care she has provided my kids and the evidence based advice she offers. Highly recommend!

DR MONICA- I WILL NEVER RETURN BECAUSE OF HER! I was pretty sick Flu/bad tonsillitis and I had a phone consultation with her never did she suggest antibiotics. She gave me a medical cert made me pay for a 1 min conversation sent me on my way. Then a week later I was still sick and called her up to request extending my med cert she said on the first consultation (the week before) that if i needed an extension of more time off sick she would bulk bill me. I called up to make the phone appointment and she said that it would be bulk billed so that’s the only reason i went through with the appointment as i was not going to pay more money for her to add dates to my med cert. I then received an invoice and i called her up and she was rude and said we are a private clinic, you need to pay for the appt) She is money hungry and was very rude.if she had done her job properly the first time and prescribed me antibiotics I wouldn’t have been sick again maybe, instead of pushing the flu shot on me after i have told her multiple times, i’m not interested in it she continued to push it. I find her extremely rude and can’t do her job and she also missed a 3rd phone appointment with me. I will never go back because of her!

Absolutely love this clinic! The whole team at Ivanhoe and the doctors always provide outstanding care to my family. I could not ask for better healthcare from such wonderful, knowledgeable and kind doctors. The time and genuine care these doctors have given us is appreciated and Dr Chris has been particularly exceptional in all areas’s of my family’s healthcare needs.

Care and ease of online booking are both very good but the high rotation of doctors is a major inconvenience. Having to re explain health issues with multiple doctors is not good general practice. I have had two regular doctors who have disappeared without warning or explanation, and as a pensioner, I can no longer receive bulk -billing.it is the lack of explanation as well as the inconvenience that is most distressing.

Very caring and timely. I was in and out with no hassle. Will definitely use them in the future.

The Local Doctor Ivanhoe is a beautifully presented practice with exceptional practitioners. If you are local or otherwise this GP is brilliant with a number of doctors to suit your specific need.

We have been to a lot of doctors in the past for my son's care. This practice, particularly Dr Eddie Hinch and Dr Chris, is the best we have been to by far. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this clinic when my son had a knee injury and we decided not to wait the four hours at the ED. I managed to get in to see Dr Hinch and he was absolutely the nicest and most thorough doctor my son had ever seen. We have also seen Dr Chris and he is amazing as well. Both doctors go the extra mile and don't rush you out of the office - they actually make you feel cared for. The clinic at Diamond Creek is good too - we have seen Dr Lum and Dr Mick there and they were both great.

The Local Doctor in Diamond Creek and Ivanhoe are very caring and professional for your medical needs I've been to both practices and I highly recommend Doctor Chris and his team at either practice
