They just take money from account and never send that we purchase and no answer.

My order had a small scratch and the customer service team chased it up for me and had a new item sent out straight away. Very happy to have peace of mind when ordering online, knowing they have a dedicated team waiting to help if ever a problem should arise.

I shopped around for a bar cart and found one from this beautiful company, the item was delivered quickly within 5 days. I am very happy with the bar cart. Thank you.

Bought the perfect tray for lounge. It was delivered very quickly. I note that it was very fragile as it has a glass mirror base, the item was sent via fragile wine glass freight through Auspost. Tracked all the way.
I have bought 2 in the last week for gifts. Would recommend!

I have ordered 2 Davis and Waddell fine foods - set of 2 cast iron pot with lid and acacia trivet on January 30,2021.and paid online. Then I had an email saying that they did not have these in stock. So I asked for a refund. After 6 months I am still waiting.they do not even respond to my emails. I just called the number in VIC but it's a voice mail re-directing me to their website. I would not recommend this company.

Trying to purchase goods for my sons bday but EVERYTHING is always "out of stock" online why? What's the point of having a website if we can't purchase anything? Need to re-stock everything regularly to keep up with online market!

I did send an email via the "online enquiry form" in the contact section of your website last week & have not received a reply hence my much needed review. The point is your stock (as with any business) should always be replenished when items run out to keep up with consumer demand. I am always on the look-out for confectionery for bdays & special occasions but have had to buy elsewhere because on many occasions in the past i have visited your website & the first & maybe second item on the list are available to "add to cart" but all of the others are out of stock. Online shopping is not supposed to be this way otherwise there's just no point keeping a website. And we shouldn't have to send an email requesting something that should already be there. If it's going to be a difficult process purchasing from your store then what is stopping us from purchasing elsewhere that consistantly have stock? As a consumer i want online shopping made easy just get in & get out with no fuss! Please take this as absolute constructive criticism & nothing more. Thank you & all the best!

Unfortunately dissapointing. I ordered a champagne bowl, received a broken one. Tried contacting them via mail, phone, FB. In the end, it was taken back, I was happy. Stock at that time was zero, so I ordered a bowl somewhere else. Assuming they could not send a new one out.

Some time later its back in stock & they send me new one. Of course I don‘t need it any more (you might have checked, I mean, restocking could take weeks if at all).

And now I cannot even get a refund.and of course this is all covered in their terms and conditions. How about just communicating with yr clients, it just a simple matter of picking up the phone. This lack of customer service is a reason not to buy here again. Buyers beware!

Good Stuff. Quick delivery 2 days, item was broken on arrival, emailed them with a picture and they sent a replacement out which arrived 3 days later. Very pleased with the service and response to my problem. Highly recommend.

Bought a Gold Bar Cart on Wednesday and received it on Friday. Was the least expensive of its style online and was easy to assemble. Really happy with the purchase. I will be back for other items very soon. Certainly letting my close friends know about this company. Very Happy:)

Very disappointed with this company. Had only half my order delivered and half of that half was smashed! Almost impossible to contact. After sending two emails, I finally received a response where they blamed Australia Post despite the issues coming from their end only. They half heartedly have informed me that I will get a refund. That remains to be seen. I will update this review accordingly.
Ruined the whole experience and showed no genuine desire to fix the issue. I definitely won't be using this company again.

Beware! Faulty item received and refund refused. Despite trying to negotiate a solution, I’m now left with a faulty cake plate (chipped, dinted and unstable) and having to rely on consumer affairs/fair trading to assist. Very very very horrible customer service experience. I will never ever shop here again.

Scam. Website still works and takes money, but no response to attempts at contact, products never shipped. The physical store looks never opened now too.
