I’ve been getting my vegetables here for a few years now, always very high quality and delicious. Love how the produce are sourced from local farms and genuinely very good quality. I bought a dozen eggs here and 11/12 are double yoked. I mean, I’m a child so that’s magic for me lol but love this place, I go in about 3x a week and get most of my kitchen / cooking essentials here. The tap milk from Schultz is also a favourite. Flower selection is as good as the vegetables, so beautiful. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

From an occasional visit to Leaf it's now a regular routine. And I don't know how I would cope without this service -
good food wide choices and good delivery. Who can ask for anything more?

I previously rated this 5stars. However I'm lowering that due to the unfriendly service I recieved here. Cashiers didn't even acknowledge me last time. I'll be going out of my way to 'Little Hen' to get my bread now where they seem to appreciate their customers trying to support local businesses.

Odd store Elwood Organic Produce thrown in with absolute quality bargains and exotic veggies with stacks of varieties.cheaper than supermarkets you just have to stroll around.perfect place for three times a week for fresh veggies for salads, fry ups or roasts. Well picked Staff by the Manager.

I have been shopping at Leaf Elwood since it first opened. The quality of the produce is the best in bayside!

Good but insanely expensive, even considering the target group. There's way more sensible priced, eco friendly stores out there.

I have been shopping at Leaf for while, everytime they have been overcharging us. Last one was I bought 2 nectarine, they charged me $7 and it went of after 3 days. We have brought this issues up to the shop, but they ignore it. Try and be honest to your customers, always ask for your receipt when you shope at Leaf. Who knows how many time they have taken our money.

Great place, always busy at Christmas time and ordered a lot of stock off me. Ran and presented well and they seem to be expanding fairly rapidly, also have very friendly staff who never gave me any hassle when I delivered.

Lovely place to shop, the staff are my favourite part! Always happy to help and really give the place a great local feel. Huuuge range of local produce and the chocolate is soooo good.

Only3 Stars, until Sandra Briggs's issue is solved. When a customer writing this long with bad experience, firstly owner should have apologized with deep sincere. Then contact the customer right away, not leaving email and wait for the customer to contact. This is showing that there is a problem of understanding customer and making customer happy in this shop.

Love shopping at Leaf Elwood! Always the freshest produce and all my favourite hard to find products. And I'm always impressed by the staff and customer service I receive - everyone is so friendly!

I have been shopping at leaf for 13 years. Over the yeard I have found myself falling more in love with not just the incredible range of food they stock but the passion and amazing customer service the team provide.

I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile, the team are always so kind and happy to help with anything. The rare and unique service at Leaf is what makes it such a wonderful store to shop in.

I've chosen not to continue supporting this business after experiencing the most appalling customer service from a manager.

Every single time I've organised a delivery or pickup order, there has been an issue, from missing items, sub-par/overripe produce, receiving non-organic produce but being charged for organic, delivery coming at different time than informed and being left in the rain with no phone call.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times, just letting them know when I'd placed my next order. The floor/phone staff are very personable and always appropriately apologetic whenever I'd inform them of previous issues.

After the last delivery error, I called asking for a call back from whomever was in charge of deliveries. I received a call four days later from a woman named Lorraine who said she was the Store Manager. I have never dealt with a ruder, less customer-focussed "manager" in my life. Lorraine was brusque and kept cutting me off speaking, huffing and puffing not giving any explanation rather what felt like excuses, did not offer any type of refund or recourse and curtly invited me not to use their delivery service if I wasn't satisfied before hanging up on me mid-sentence.

After spending many thousands of dollars over the years at this store, I am happy to take Lorraine's advice and spend my money elsewhere. Seems like they've gotten too big for their boots. Many other businesses in the area offering the same service (for lower prices, mind you) that actually care about their loyal customers. 2 stars because all other staff I've dealt with have been wonderful.

This is an Elwood institution and really adds to the village feel of the shopping strip. The fresh produce is exceptional with a great organic selection. You will also find some fantastic gourmet grocery stores for all manner of cuisines.

Brilliant people. Fantastic range. Love the service and feel of the store. Leaf is a true asset to Elwood and a gem in Melbourne.

Excellent quality produce and friendly staff! Can be a line to get in due to covid safety procedures so make sure to factor this in, but it is worth it!

Great produce, has a good balance on price for veggies and most perishables. But quality is the key for this place
