Plenty of machines and dryers in good working condition, very reasonable costing (actually cheaper than most laundromats I've been in). I just wish they had more than 1 extra-large washing machine

The owner Tony and his pooch Dexter are so lovely! My sister flooded her laundry and had heaps of washing to dry and he kindly let us stay untill everything was dry which was over an hour past closing time! Also felt very safe being there that late. Seats are so comfy as well! Prices are awesome as well we definately got our money's worth!

Fantastic customer service, the place is keep t very clean and tidy, and wonderful owner, very helpful and helps if you need a hand to use the washing machines or the Dryer s, i have used it a couple of times know and I will be very happy to use the laundry mat when I need to, oh and love the beautiful security guard the wonderful German Shepard there always comes up for a pat

I've been to both this laundromat and the other across the tracks. Prior to my 1st visit I rang and spoke to the owner asking if I could bring my puppy and he said yes - the other place said no. When I arrived the owner gave me a hot chocolate on the house, as part of a promotion he was running on that day. He was very friendly, professional and welcoming. He took the time to quickly explain about the different machines, and asked if I had enough change. Since then I've been there a few more times, he's always been super friendly and courteous, I've watched him interact with others and he's always been great, for example, taking the time to help people if they have alot/heavy baskets of bags of washing. He also lets people know he's got change if they need it, and if he's not in the laundromat area he says it's ok to knock on his door at the back of the premises - he's usually relaxing with his gorgeous German Shepherd called "Dexter" and watching tv. He stayed open later than usual for me once, despite the very long day he'd already had, because I made the mistake of going to the other place to use the dryers and after almost an hour I discovered to my horror all my washing was still wet - not sure what happened but the dryer was definitely not working - my washing wasn't even warm let alone dry. I quickly dashed to the Laundry Lounge & used the dryers there. The owner was very helpful and said he didn't mind staying open a bit longer to help me out, which I appreciated alot. It's great value for money, clean and modern, very reliable machines and if you're lucky you can get a cuddle from Dexter! I very highly recommend this laundromat, it's definitely the best in town.

The owner is a creep, he was very rude when asked for change, the locals speak of him having a peep hole at back, where he stays all day staring at the kids area, and patrons. Unless you want someone of extremely dubious character, staring at your kids or you, while doing god knows what to himself.stay away!

Excellent facilities, and the friendly staff are happy to change notes. Great advice on using the machines too.

Don't go there often.but when l do lovely and clean, and the chap that runs it is always there.

Not the cheapest place to do your laundry, but the cleanest and most comfortable. A TV is available to distract yourself while waiting for your laundry to finish plus they have free WiFi and snack machines. Friendly staff too!

Best laundromat I've ever used! Owner was on site, really nice and helpful, even put in our fabric softener mid way throught the wash while we'd gone back home. Great place too, wifi and tv provided, kids play area. Definitely gone above and beyond, almost makes me not want to fix our own machine!

Our washing machine broke. After work we have to rush for kids activities and errands. Then get dinner on the table, kids bathed and in bed. It is already 8pm. Laundromat close at 9pm. We will never be able to travel to, wash and dry all our laundry in less than 1 hr! 9pm really?

Clean, tidy, and great customer service. If you need change just knock on the door at the end and the owner will help you out. He shows pride in his business. The free Wi-Fi was very helpful too. Cheers!
