The Laundry Hamper

First time using Laundry Hamper, excellent service! Prompt pickup during my preferred time slot, and similar process for drop off!
Very pleased with all my washing of linen and towels, stain remover and the lot, with no extra charge!

My bag of washing has sat on my doorstep for 2 days uncollected. Now it’s all wet from the weather. Failed to collect 2 days in a row. Time to try someone else I think. Not convenient.

Good service if at times inconsistent re; pickup/drop-off times - I used them for about 6 months until shortly after I moved to the CBD and decided to use a local Company.
Never had an issue with quality of clean & care of my garments.

Terrible service and extremely unprofessional - would not recommend this company to anyone. They accepted our booking and took payment details however didn't notify us that they 'no longer serviced our area' until after the booking timeframe had passed and we had our laundry outside all day waiting for them. Now our laundry and dry cleaning won't be ready in time and we would've gone with another company if we had've known earlier. I would give zero stars if I could.

Tried their pickup and delivery ironing service for the first time this week. Such a good service and will definitely be a regular customer.

The Laundry Hamper is fantastic. I am very fussy with things including hiw my laundry is done. I used the Laundry hamper less than 2 weeks ago. Busy hectic life and looking after a young child with special needs, my ironing was piling up and was running out of time and energy and I knew I needed help. People I can't tell you how professional the service is from the inital phone call, making the booking and getting my laundry picked up on time with an sms prior with eta and arriving back exact on time with sms for eta. Wow you guys are ace. I bragged to all my friends and family about the great service you have.

Laundry washed folded and wrapped in plastic, given a nice black laundry bag for next pick up and deliver, cost for jumbo sized wash, 78.00 dlrs, other prices for smaller washes, I recon they pretty good, NXT day delivery!

I get a regular laundry service once a week at one of their locker drop off places. I'm always impressed by how my clothes come back. They look like new the way they wrap them up. Highly recommend.
