Would never visit this restaurant again the staff are the rudest staff I have ever seen. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Just ribs……. No chips, no salad.
The menu says they’re cooked on the grill as you order…. They’re definitely not! They’re reheated and bland.
A real disappointment.

Disgusting! This place has gone extremely down hill. Cheap low quality toppings. The taste was rancid, prosciutto was off.
Really sad as it used to be our favourite local pizza place. Have given them a few goes recently thinking it was a once off but it is now quite clear they have seriously dropped the ball. Waste of $50.00. Won’t be returning again.

We had a drama thanks to Uber eats and we called and the issue was sorted, missing food and drinks delivered free of charge with freebies. Thankyou so much

If you like a super filled pizza, then this is the place to go. I personally found the pizza too thick as the pizza wasn’t hot all the way through but other then that it was yummy. We ordered carbonara as well and wished it was a little less oily. We had to pour out the oil as it was just too greasy.

For a local pizza & pasta place, i must admit they customized my partners pasta with no issue and great taste, very reasonably priced as well! Thank you and will definetely return again #pasta #melbourne #tomekreviews

Always get takeaway from here, parmas are huge and delicious, worth the money, and use the deals for better value

Over a hr and a half late genreally a discount or a free drink but they still charged full price. Have to admit I wont complain on the actual pizza itself that was great but service and communication could improve

Tried the Pasta Marina and wow it was just amazing the taste just basically everything is on point. Customer Service is also on point enjoyed my time here, will come here again

Tried the place and got a Gourmet family sized pizza and it was very very good. Currently due to lock down its just take away only. Otherwise would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lakeside. Not very expensive and clean shop as well.

4 years ago when I first gave this place 5 stars, it was because I consistently had friendly service and amazing quality pizza. I'm very disappointed to have to update this rating now to just a single 1 star, as the front staff remain friendly, but the pizza care and quality has tanked.

The last several times I've ordered, ingredients have been missing and low in quantity, with extra items being flat out ignored, and when ordering delivery the times have been horrendous. It often takes over an hour from time of order for the food to arrive (and I live close by), in one case taking over 2 full hours, with the food literally arriving cold. I've seen first hand when going in to pick up my order instead of choosing delivery that the food gets made and then sits out on a table whilst waiting for a delivery run. The folks who run this place need to fix these issues.

If you're thinking about ordering delivery from here, don't. Doesn't matter if you order from a delivery service or straight from their website, you're going to have a bad time. If you just want to pick up a meal you might get lucky, but it's a gamble.

I really wanted to like the food, and so desperately want to support local businesses by not using Uber Eats and dealing direct with them.
Firstly, ordering via their website was a good experience. Worked, it was efficient. Had a real desire to have a Chicken Parma. And also ordered Fett. Firenze. Delivery reasonable and efficient.
First the Pasta. It was tasty, but the pasta was so overcooked that it was mushy. Disappointing. I don't expect perfect al dente pasta from a delivery, but this was way beyond that. It was mushy.
The Chicken parma was not great. The chicken inside was very dry and chewy. Obviously overcooked. And then the crumbing was very soggy. So you had the dry centre with soggy crumbing. Did not eat well. The sauce did not taste like it was a cooked sauce, it tasted like passata was used. It was disappointing.
I will give them credit on two things, firstly, the chips were really nice, crispy, tasty. Better than most places. The portion sizes were huge and good value.
But good value means nothing if it doesn't taste good or not great to eat.
I will give them another chance because I want to be supportive, and happy to leave a positive review if the experience is good, but this was not good food. Shame. I really want to support you guys.

Delicious, perfectly cooked ribs and delectable lasagne. Cheesy with just the right amount of sauce. 9/10 for taste. Lost one star for really slow delivery. Owner apologetic we will definitely be back thank you

First time trying them today and so glad we did! Pizza and chips were so delicious. This is our new local go to place for sure.

Got a chicken parma delivered tonight phone service was amazing and was told about 40 min delivery time came in 25 mins the food was nice and hot and delivery guy was nice had manners, what can I say this was AMAZING for $22.90 serving was huge.will definitely be going back and highly recommend you try the food from here.

First time customer and most likely last time customer. Pizza's were disappointing with no flavour, except for cardboard taste.

Visited this place years ago and I would have rated it one of the best but unfortunately I can't say that this time.

And the prices are notably high compared to other Pizza shops in the area.

Average at best. There's definitely better pizza places around the area.
The prices charged are definitely not justified for the taste provided.
