Zara is amazing, our little fur baby struggled with his previous groomer so we looked around for the best groomer in Melbourne. Our search led us straight to K9 and we have never looked back. Zara is a complete professional and is always eager to help and advise but more to the point our Alfie loves it there and is not stressed when we pick him up. Thank you Zara you definitely are the best and we highly recommend K9 Salon for the professionalism and kindness to all the dogs you service.

Thank you Zara! We’ve been trying to trim our Golden Retrievers nails at home with no luck. Zara had his nails trimmed in less then 2 minutes and returned a happy boy! Such a quick and stress free experience for our Goldie - we’ll 100% be back!

Fantastic grooming service! The way they cut the hair on my dog's face is so good - keeps the hair from growing in front of her eyes completely until the next groom and is cut in a way that makes her face look so cute and young. Highly recommend this dog salon, owner clearly cares about all the dogs that go there. Best dog groomer I've ever gone to and now I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Zara is fantastic. My groodle loves going there unlike his past groomers. She does an amazing job every time. Highly recommended, but be prepared to book well in advance for the warmer months. We’ll worth it!

We’ve been coming to K9 since our Yorkie was three months old. Zara does a fantastic job keeping our dog’s coat groomed with great shaping and especially the hard-to-remove eye goop. Thanks for always looking after her and giving her a fantastic cut and style!

LOOK AT THE PHOTOS not the number of stars! Choppy, uneven, and terrible face cuts. My friends unwittingly took their dog here for the first time and couldn't believe what they picked up. The poor little girl was shaved all over (ok when there is matting we understand that) but the kicker was the face and ears cut short to the skin totally unnecessary with zero length anywhere. At least when matted other groomers keep the faces with length and shape. Not this one. Most awful groom I've ever seen - with similar comments at the park. Thank goodness hair grows but seriously a terrible uneven cut. Ironically the only part of her not cut short were the nails which I had to do myself. Buyer beware is all I can say, research the photos!

First time I have taken my little cavoodle to the K9 Salon and it certainly won't be the last. I was impressed by them and how they groomed her. They also gave her a couple of welcome treats. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

For the first time in 7 years, and after having been to a number of different dog groomers with mixed results, my fur baby left The K9 Salon looking gorgeously perfect!
I could not fault our first visit and the care Zara took to transform my fluffball into a thoroughly cleaned and groomed pooch.

Took my puppy in for her first groom not knowing what to fully expect. Zara explained the process and so I left the store feeling reassured. Came back after 45mins to a puppy that had been washed and groomed as per my expectations. Puppy did not seem distraught so what else can you ask for. Will be returning.

I have been going to the K9 Salon for a while now, and I can confidently say that if you have a dog (especially a stubborn Corgi) that needs a bathe and nails clipped to an excellent standard, Zara is the perfect person to see!

My dog came home very distressed.the cut was very unprofessional.my dogs ears were not cleaned.and my dogs nails were not trimmed.never ever again.

Zara does a great wash and cut on Rosco. He smells great for weeks afterwards. I would highly recommend The K9 Salon.
