The Jolly Miller Cafe Bundoora

We have been here a few times and every time fantastic service. Great atmosphere. My daughter didn’t like her coffee, and the guy made her another one. He made it perfect.

Coffee is so great! The old staffs were super nice, so friendly, helpful, caring. But now I don’t feel comfortable when I come here to drink coffee. The new Asian staff is not good. Her attitude looks very rude.

We had brunch there a few times. Great and tasty food and awesome presentation. Staff were polite and welcoming. The coffee was really good too. They are very busy, our order was missed once but not a big deal can happen in any busy cafe. Right in front of Uni Hill Outlet, it's great to visit the shopping centre and enjoy your breakfast and coffee/ lunch before or after. We definitely will visit this place again.

I had the Nasi Goreng because I've had it before and it was nice but this time it was terrible very dissapointed
Furthermore there is now a 10% surcharge for weekends!
and I will not be coming back.

We ordered a coffee before our meal, it wasn't even hot. The reason I didn't ask them to make me another one is because our meals were coming out. I'd ask for my coffee to come out first. The staff were standing around chatting.
Service can definitely be better.

Fast friendly service and good menu. My son is vegan, and he liked the options available. We both had the vegan big breaky and he thought it was really good. I am a real bacon and sausage big breaky kind of guy, but the vegan BB was well put together. Cheers.

Found a hair in our food. Told the waitress who told the owner who in turn just brushed it off. Won’t go there again.

Jolly Millers used to be our favorite spot for breakfast or lunch. Food was great, but the last few times the food has been average. Not sure what has happened but getting harder to recommend.
The last visit, and probably our final visit really put us off. We went in for brunch, and had the 'pleasure' of watching a couple place their dog on top of the table. They then proceeded to feed their dog with the cutlery provided. The staff were happy to walk past without saying a word about the dog on top of the table or using the normal cutlery to feed their dog! I understand they are a dog friendly spot cafe but that was over the top, and there is the matter of hygeine.
We mentioned it to the staff when paying our bill and they seemed to be annoyed at us for mentioning it, stating they do wash their cutlery. I wonder if they disinfect the table where the dogs rear end was sitting.

And just in case you are wondering, yes, I have had dogs almost my entire life.

The meals don't have value and are too small, on two occasions they have organised the wrong meal, another occassion they didnt put through my order, Ianother occasions, i found a hair in the meal the other day, (they were nice about it). Today I booked a table for 1: 15pm and they gave the table to someone else at 1: 13 when I arrived. That's enough I think, I won't be back.

They were out of kids popcorn chicken and offered my daughter fish bites instead. My daughter was OK with that but then received what I guess must have been Mac n cheese bites which she didn't like much.

Weekend and public holiday surcharges are out of control! Way too expensive with the extra charges on top. 2 iced coffees come to $18.22.

Great customer service it is very nice inside, the food presentation is excellent but the food is average.

Our favourite local cafe, great food, friendly service, excellent chai, can get a little crowded.

We've been going there ever since they opened today was the worst service I ever got we waited a half an hour and we still didn't get served

Food fresh and chef happy to accommodate requests, nice ambiance. Menu has a lot of options and good value for money! Wait staff friendly. With parking easy it makes for a positive experience!

Took my daughter there and had brekky burger comes with a side of onion rings it was beutiful.service by the girls is great.

Everything I have tried on their menu has been delicious and has had lots of flavours. I would definitely recommend the Southern Friend Chicken Tacos. Amazing service and overall a great experience. Will be back

Amazing service! They make great thickshakes and have lots of milk options to lessen the hit of the lactose from the ice cream. Got some desserts as well, they were beautifully presented and very tasty.

They keep on waiting for uber eats delivery driver and take away service too slow like motion of tortoise.
