The staff was so welcoming. The chef even came to check up on us, really appreciated that. The food was so rich in flavour, the spice level was to the tee! I am impressed. I want to try more dishes!

We had a lovely evening at the Indian Bar. The food was excellent (butter chicken, korma, naan and rice), generous serves (particularly the naan!), and exemplary service. We will definitely be back!

A local that has walked past a few times and decided to give it a try with my family. Everyone LOVED it. Each dish was spectacular and super tasty. Staff were super sweet and explained a little bit of history when asked. Has a smaller menu that most Indian restaurants have but that’s what made it that much better. Has options for non drinkers - including an amazing non-alcoholic mojito! This photo does NOT do justice for the fantastic food served

Felt like indian food and looked at the other reviews and gave this new place a go. Food was lovely good portions and great cocktails The chef coming out to us was a nice touch. Relaxed atmosphere and was able to have a conversation with my friend. Nice you can choose the level of heat you want in the dishes

Had a great impromptu dinner here on a Friday night. The service was prompt and very amicable, and food was all nice with lots of variety for vegetarians. I tried the dahi bhalla chaat, soy tikka, kadhai paneer and saffron rice. Portions were generous and I was very satisfied by the end.

Tasty food, tastefully presented. I had the home style goat curry which was so tender and delicious. The butter paneer confirmed our decision to visit again soon. Excellent drinks menu and thoughtful, friendly service, including a visit from the chef! Go there.

This was the nicest place I’ve eaten at in a while. It is so wholesome and lovely. The staff were so kind and really looked after us - the chef personally bought out free nibbles (ie pappadams and dessert) and we had delicious spicy jalapeño and mango margs.

For $115 we ordered 2 x cocktails, 2 x generous served curries (the lamb roganjosh was so tender and yummy), garlic naan, biryani, 2 x samosas and pickles. We were stuffed to the brim and still had plenty of leftovers! The presentation and flavour was impeccable.

Please do yourself a favour and come visit this lovely venue if you are ever in the inner north

Food was amazing but it was very slow service, we were the only people there to start with and still waited an hour for our mains.

Best Indian food in the inner north! The food was delicious and we had some really nice cocktails too. The staff were all lovely and it was great value too.
