Quite literally the best chips EVER! The crunchiness and the chicken salt is the best combination and they always perfect! I’ve tried a few of the burgers and wraps before, i prefer the wraps over the burgers and the grilled chicken over the fried.the chicken and salad items are pretty good too, not the best, but the chips make it worth getting your whole meal there! My boyfriend and i constantly crave these chips

Cute little side chicken shop, but overpriced for dry food. I got a chicken burger and potato salad and the potatoes looked delicious but very dry. Chicken was dry too

The chicken is so tasty and not dry and the sauces for the wings are amazing- my boyfriend is now addicted haha!

Incredible burger and crispy chips, good take away lunch spot. Highly recommend the fried chicken burger!

Got the tenders and loaded bird burger. Burger was excellent and tenders was possibly the best chicken I've ever had. Highly recommend!

The prices you pay for the tiniest servings is basically a joke.
The “Small” chips box that they had on display is lucky to fit 5 chips!

The $11 “Medium” Salad comes in another tiny little box, woolies next door would get you a much better salad for well under $10.
It used to be Feta free too, it looked like it also, but it wasn’t.

The staff are friendly but that’s about all.

Better off going to a real chicken shop nearby.

Have gotten takeaway twice. Both times, the quality has been inconsistent. Hot chips were crispy and nicely salted. However, the first time, the coleslaw was bone dry and didn't come with any dressing so it was effectively just shredded carrot and cabbage. Not what you'd expect for the price. The second time, I ordered the chicken and gravy burger. Chicken was pretty tasty, but they were so skimpy with the gravy, so the sandwich was on the dry side. Not sure if this is a recipe or a server issue but it was a shame considering most of the other elements were pretty good.

My friend fainted and dropped his food and they gave him a free drink and more food for free and made sure he was alright - tasty, fresh food and lovely staff!

The Roast chicken was tasty but the roast potatoes were soft not crunchy, and the Greek salad didn’t contain any feta much to my sons disappointment

Cold chicken. Just barely cooked. Forgot my chips. Had to go back to get them. My advice is to go to the charcoal chicken shop I reviewed elsewhere.

Disappointed, Chicken was dry and lacked flavour, personally I think Woolies do a better roast chook and it’s far cheaper! Also very expensive for any salads/roast veggies, and honestly the gravy actually sucked. I don’t like writing negative reviews about any business and I really hope they lift their game, I love a good chicken shop and was really looking forward to trying their food, but this shop has let me down. Still, it has huge potential just needs to lift its quality of food especially given the ridiculous cost of its menu! Until then I’ll be getting my roast chooks and coleslaw from woolies at a fraction of the price, and far tastier.

I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you enjoy uncooked food.

I drove back to this restaurant twice - the first time because they forgot an item, the second time because the chicken was raw.

Love the Loaded bird wrap! My personal fav is to add caramelised onion and fried egg with it! Ingredients are fresh and chicken is tender! So tasty and addictive! Good portion too! Oh also chicken tender is worth a try! Eat it when its hot as its tender and juicy inside with slight crunchy crumbs outside! Staffs are always polite and friendly!

I'm a regular and I love your food but one bit of feedback- you are seriously stingy with the feta. Please mix it through the Greek salad instead of putting a few bits on top.

Always looking for good gluten free options and now we have this beauty in the 'hood! Delicious juicy chicken, scrumptious chips (without too much salt or weird flavours added) and the most fresh and tasty salads (the cauliflower one is my fave)! Winner, winner! Hot bird chicken dinner!

Tried the loaded bird burger and it was delicious. The prices are affordable for the quality and tasty food you receive. Definitely recommended

Wow, what a treat! Got the Old, Loaded, and Southern and we can't choose a favourite, everything was amazing! From the freshness of the buns to the juiciness of the chicken and the tasty sauces - will be ordering again! I ordered late so they had no more gravy but they substituted it for a bunch of great sauces even if they didn't have to. Great service, and great delivery through Menulog. Thank you for making my birthday meal a super tasty one!

I have been wanting to try The Hot Bird since they opened. Unfortunately, I was a LITTLE bit disappointed. The food is perfect and definitely worth the hype. However, I live 100m from the shop and ended up tracking juice throughout my apartment complex (see pictures). Perhaps just bad packaging but I couldn't imagine what it's like getting it delivered.

Massive respect for the staff working there. Watched them deal with a very strange customer and they handled it very well.

Regular customer, the food we have had to date is delicious (chicken, salads, chips, cauliflower) and portion size is also good.
The staff are very friendly, professional and are doing a great job.
