Early this year we chose The Hope Factory to build us a new website and migrate our old Magento site. I worked with Raksha on the development and testing of the new site. The targets were always met and the communication between us was excellent. The site was finished on time and on budget - a pleasant change from our previous developer. We now have a site that has been live since May, and it's so good to see it run without issues. Our sales have gone up significantly, it's easy for me to make changes to the site, and the staff and customers love it. The worst service, support and knowledge. They will charge you thousands of dollars for uploading a new theme, unfortunately even that was done so badly we have been fixing it with the theme developers since the website was launched. Bhumika couldn't apply even the easiest changes like to match the colour through the whole website or setting the fonts we have chosen. Promising things which hasn't been done or aren't working, or if they are somehow working their coding is negatively affecting 5 different things so badly, that you need a real professionals to fix them. Their answer to everything is but you wonted it to look like this? ! May be, but they have forgot to mention that our design idea will ruin your website! We thought that when the management (Raksha & Andrew) will get involved that something will change for better, unfortunately we were very, very wrong. People who saw what they have done called our choice A BIG MISTAKE, please don't make the same mistake.

Wow, where do we start! Over the past 10 years we have dealt with numerous web developers for our online store. None of them come close to comparing to The Hope Factory. These guys are next level! The Hope Factory took care of everything and nothing was too much for them. With attentive customer service, outstanding attention to detail, forward thinking ideas and concepts and a genuine desire to positively enhance our business. We rate them highly on value for money and cannot recommend them enough. 5 STARS!
