We have used the Home Inspection Hub for pre-purchase inspections multiple times now (within the Berwick area), and would highly recommend their service. From the initial quoting and booking process with Natasha, to arranging the inspection, and the communication after, they have been professional, timely, responsive and easy to deal with. We have requested Martin to complete our inspections after a great first interaction with him. While I have only spoken with him over the phone, he has been great at communicating, friendly, thorough, and respectful through this process. His reports appear very detail oriented, and he gives you lots of times for questions. They even managed to accomodate an inspection at very short notice, where timing can be particularly important in the search for a new home. Very happy with our service and would recommend to others.

Wonderful, high quality service! Tayla in the office was very responsive, and Gary the inspector was brilliant. Gary is friendly, professional and so attentive to detail. When we noticed the developer only provided us a very small window of time to inspect, I was so worry. But Gary cleverly managed to get all the time he needed to complete the inspection. Rodney Taylor who is the private inspector has been professional, easy to communicate with and made sure he answered all the queries I had regarding the reports. I highly recommend to have an inspector like Rodney especially when you are building a new house because he is very detailed and he knows what he is doing. We highly recommend using the Home Inspection Hub. We had a PCI/defects report conducted for our newly built townhouse (purchased once construction was complete, not off the plan) in West Footscray in October 2020. Our solicitor and the real estate agent all told us we could do this ourselves, but we decided to use a professional service for our peace of mind and it was 100% worth it and we have zero regrets. The HIH team were friendly and easy to deal with and provided a prompt service and detailed report that was professional and easy to understand. Our inspector Rodney was incredibly thorough and patiently took the time to answer any and all of our questions with kindness and good humour, backed up with a wealth of knowledge and experience. As first home buyers we had LOTS of questions before and after the inspection and report, but Rodney never made us feel bad or silly for asking and was really diligent in making sure we understood everything. Natasha helped me make the booking, and was absolutely lovely to speak with. Our inspection was carried out by Frank, and the report received has been incredibly thorough (thankfully nothing major!). Best decision to engage The Home Inspection Hub! Even though our builder had engaged another home inspection company on our behalf, we felt that we really did need a totally independent inspection. Over the course of the build, The Home Inspection Hub, picked up a number of items that were either missed, or needed rectifying.
