Very unprofessional educators. Staff behaviour towards kids are very very rude.make sure the owner should look into this matter. Staff behaviours and practices towards little kids are not acceptable in any case. Will launch formal complaint to QARD soon

Our daughter has been going to The Hive for almost a year now and she absolutely loves it. She comes home knowing how to sing new songs and has learnt new words. I wanted to give a special shout out to educator Le-Mi. From day one she has been so helpful, supportive and informative. Highly recommend this childcare centre

I took my oldest daughter here over a year ago and it was such a nice environment and friendly staff. Recently I took in my younger son and things are completely different and all the old staff are gone. I would say, poor management.

I love this place. They have good care of babies and maintaining good environment for them.
Special thanks to the Sumandeep, Sweety, Priya and every other educator in Toddler 1 for their dedication.

Our little one had a blast at the family fun day here not so long ago and constantly asks to go back as he had so much fun with the arts and crafts activities, the slides and tunnels in the yards, all the attention, love and care from the educators, not to mention the food, he is a foodie and couldn't seem to get enough!

We can’t say enough about The Hive. Our daughter started there a few months ago and immediately she created great relationships with her educators (no tears at drop off!), she’s happy and comes home talking about the fun things she’s done. Every staff member we meet acknowledges our daughter and has been incredibly friendly and helpful to us. The communication about what she does during the day is useful and it’s nice to see that she gets to do a variety of things over the week. We’re really grateful for the positive experience we’ve had so far.

My children have been attending the hive for over a year now, the centre has always been welcoming and had great communication. The centre provides daily updates as well as photos of my children and provides feedback on their progress. I highly recommend the hive if you’re looking for a daycare for your child

The Hive early learning centre is a best place where your children will not only learn but also have fun. Centre Director Chris is such a sweet and beautiful soul and educators are so friendly and caring. Every single day your child will learn something new and exciting. The best part about them is they believe in parent and educators partnership and always happy to hear from you and will definitely help.

We chose this centre cause we know our daughter will be in safe hand. They maintained the centre nice and clean. The staff are professional and reliable. The children look after well and the most I like, is they have an app. (KindyHUb) where you can see all the activities they did each day and I 've never seen this kind of set up in any centre that my kids attended. What it means is, the educator provide their duty of care everyday to the children. They're teaching our children by setting up different learning activities, the educator provide the program consistently in timely manner, they also, provide assessment to each children. The centre provide a good quality of care, informative, responsive in any concerns and they show respect to everyone.

Totally disappointed with high learning center director and center service, they are very unprofessional, my daughter went for three weeks and they didn’t looked after kids very well, my daughter was having runny nose and no one wiping her nose until I called them because they post pics on Kindyhub so I found about my daughter and they charged me extra money without any reason and when I asked them to refund me they start making issues, still I am waiting for my refund, director (chris) making issues which is totally unprofessional and not fair with me,

The Hive ELC -sunshine is new, clean and beautiful, both indoors and out, all room are set up nicely with all new toys and equipment and wide range of activities;, this centre also provides a kindergarten program. The Hive Sunshine centre is located on a main road with many car-parks available on the ground level, therefore, it is so convenient for busy working families. In addition, The Hive -Sunshine educators who are well trained and professional in caring and educating for young children, I highly recommend anyone who is looking for childcare or kindergarten for your child

All of the team at the Hive are fantastic. I am so happy with our decision to send out little one there. She loves being outside no matter the weather and she loves all of the outdoor play that they do there. She has come so far with her speech and development in her time there. All of the educators and other employees are approachable and welcoming! They are happy to have a friendly chat anytime. Leaving your child with somebody else when returning to work is never easy but I know that they are attentive to each and every child and she is very well looked after. I would highly recommend The Hive!

Staff work very positively as a team to ensure children are cared for at a very high standard! The new centre director Chris goes above and beyond to support all needs of families/children and staff, she is inviting and always willing to listen and correct any issues.

My child has been attending The Hive Early Learning Centre Sunshine for 5 months. The staff are always welcoming, warm and energetic. It's a wonderful atmosphere with lots of learning and fun. When I first time visited The Hive, my impression was their friendly staff members and they all have warm smiles, which is much more welcoming comparing to my son’s old childcare, where they never respond when I greeted them.
Secondly, the Centre is newly built with luxury equipment and many different toys. Especially, when Chris, the new director started working here, she has organised the Centre amazingly and supported families at anytime.
