Very disappointed with the behavior of a sales person who called me and abused me after i made an offer on a car. The simple answer would of been no. Then we could of worked on a figure everybody is happy with Everyone is entitled to make an offer. I was taken by huge surprise by what he said. Who ever the guy was he should be sacked. I have already made a complaint with the healy factory lets see if anything happens.

All the staff at the Healey Factory are very knowledgable about the cars they service and sell. They recently sold my Sprite to an overseas buyer spending a lot of time on the phone to explain the features of the car and assisting with payment and shipping arrangements. They are all friendly and helpful with the sales process and payment was organised very promptly. I can't recommend this organisation highly enough.

Contacted the The Healy Factory recently, enquiring if they could service my Merc 1992 300 SL24, I received a blunt reply 'its not old enough" I 'm glad the classic used car industry is going so well!

As an interstate buyer it can be a bit challenging and to buy sight unseen, however I have No Hesitation in Recommending Russell Cox and the Healey factory to any potential Purchaser. The Healey factory are absolutely amazing to deal with. Rob and Chris have been assisting me with making the right choice in both my purchase and restoration of my 1967 Austin Healey 3000. They are a wealth of knowledge and are always happy to help. The other day Chris took my family and I into the workshop and showed us around. Gave me so much advice, tips and confidence on what I need to do. He let me know that I was welcome to come in or call whenever I wanted. Keeping in mind that I’m doing the restoration my self. So the only real benefit to the Healey factory is seeing another Healey on the road. I Have not experienced this service anywhere. Highly recommend these guys.

Do you want to salivate all over some beautiful cars? This is the place. Went to look at old MG-Bs and bought an 88 vette. Andrew, Graham and everyone else were terrific befoire and after sales.

Great place to browse or buy, helpful sales staff, friendly and experienced workshop and restoration crew.

I drove all the way from warragul, had rung them in the morning asking if they’d be open so I could pick up. I got there at 5: 00, after they told me they’d be open until 5: 30. When I got there they stared at the locked door and ignored us. Then after we left another car came and they ignored them. Can’t say I appreciate driving all that way for nothing.

Helpful staff and a great selection of cars. I spent about 1.5 hours just admiring the cars. They are also able to source original reproductions from England - perfect place for an enthusiast.

I have long admired the selection of cars here. Just had the good fortune to purchase an immaculate 67 MG Midget The team there are very knowledgeable and Russell walked me through classic registration with Vic roads meaning I got into the car and hit the road within a few days. As with any classic you expect a few niggles as they get some use. All my concerns were attended to quickly and with great respect for the car. I was pleased to find a team of passionate professionals who can keep my girl at her best. Special thanks to Andrew for the test drive, Chris for the repair management and Russell for making the sale so smooth and easy.
