Visit before last it took 4 goes to get a response. This last visit it took 2 goes to get things right. Hmmmmm.

We bought our Webber gas bbq from The Haymarket and they had the genuine products and lots of knowledge.
I also needed glass for my wood heater. When told it would be a month away on order, they gave me the exact dimensions of the
genuine part so that I could
get a piece cut locally. Great customer service Haymarket.

We recently went to the Haymarket in Ballarat central and were very happy with their service. Over the period of a week, we spoke to four of the very helpful staff. They ordered a part, kept us informed and promptly rang when the part arrived. Professional service that we are not used to seeing in this day and age.

I had an interesting experience with the installation of a Daikin split system. Installation was carried out over two days. Originally it was to be one day but we had an initial issue with regards to where the heating units were installed which was quickly cleared up.
After installation we noticed that the heaters would take an age to turn on while one heater did not appear to heat the room at all. I contacted the Haymarket and they made it a priority to find out the problem. We had three workers spending quite some hours doing various checks to find out it was a faulty system.
I was impressed with everyone who worked on the system and with the manager and his commucation.

I do love this place. But unsatisfactory service this time round. Kept putting me on hold and giving very lame answers to my queries. Could not talk to a tech person as l wanted to. Maybe because l am female, they thought l would not know what the tech person was talking about. Who knows their reasoning.

Extremely helpful. Great prices on wood fires, knowledgeable staff and installer who came and did a pre inspection to determine if we could install the fireplace.
