A two-Three day follow up was presented by Monika to get back to me with an update for my interview “for presenting me as 1 of 4 candidates shortlisted for the role”

I hope you are well.

I am not a whingey person but I have to say I am deeply disappointed that you would present me as 1 of 4 and leave me hanging with zero follow up, what ever the outcome for this position.

I understand your job is thankless and difficult and I can’t imagine how you deliver bad news most of the time but no news is 100 times worse.

Rejection is acceptable, and a given for someone by default, but complete disregard is not right.

Perhaps the easier option of course is to avoid all together, rather than deliver. And that is not professional.

Or let me guess, they are still busy?

See folks, I don’t mind rejection. What I cannot handle is complete disregard for basic courtesy of a response given the processes required to partake at all.

It’s no wonder recruiters get compared to car sales people.
