I had an exceptionally good experience at The Happy Shoe & Scrubs Shop last Friday. The Customer Service was the best I'd experienced in many years. The range and quality of products, as well as value for money, exceeded my expectations. I'm not normally an effusive person, so my review is an indication of just how good this small business is!

What a beautiful store, the service was fabulous, so friendly, so helpful, just an absolute pleasure. You would go there just because the customer service is so good.but as it turns out the shoes, clothing and accessories are worth a visit as well

Great personal service in store from the owner. Reassuring while I bought scrubs for a new job, and also accidentally showed me the slippers I'd been looking for, for 6 years (boot style slipper with in-built arch support), for a great price. Big range of beautiful shoes and handy accessories.

Will be my shoe shop for years to come, since there's no orthotic friendly shoe shops closer to Werribee!

Great team! Rachael was very helpful in finding me some scrubs in a hurry after an absolute nightmare experience with another scrubs shop in Geelong. Great prices and friendly service - I wouldn't buy scrubs anywhere else!

I was initially wary of ordering online. The status of my order was set to processing for a couple of weeks without notice of delivery. However, it turns out that it was delivered, and the order status just never updated, because I received my item exactly 10 days after placing my order. My bag arrived in mint condition, carefully wrapped with bubble wrap in a parcel. Thank you very much!

Ordered a Vendula london bag online which arrived in 2 weeks to NZL. Peggy always gave a prompt reply whenever asked her about the order status.

My first time in the shop I was so bitterly dissapointed at the lack of service and respect from the staff
I was made feel very uncomfortable and foolish as I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes while I was in store. I was led to believe it was unusual not to wait for them to be ordered in.
There were over 12 styles I was interested in but apparently the store rarely has size 11 instore.
One staff member was only interested in listening to the radio hoping she was going to win a cruise

Do not order online. I had to follow up on my order after no communication for five weeks and was informed my order would arrive in store the next day and would be shipped to me. Two weeks later I again had to follow up several times and received no responses to my communication. I only received a response following my third request. I was then told one of the items I ordered never arrived. The only positive was my request for a refund was processed promptly. Buyer beware.

First time in there and it was GREAT - Peggy & staff were super friendly, helpful without being at all pushy - went in for scrubs & work shoes (bought Alegria - so comfortable) and was surprised how much more stock they carry - accessories, clothes & wide range comfy fashion shoes - I'll definitely be back.

Great range, great customer service. Just a little pricey. Will not stop me from buying more though.

Peggy and her staff do a marvelous job of providing a great shopping experience. Diverse every day needs to the specialist field of orthopedic footwear. Great stuff worth going out of your way for a different retail experience
