Popped in for a look and came out with great incense and an adrenal tonic - great sales staff and atmosphere…. Very happy shopping experience

What a lovely shop.
I was curious about how I should go about preparing the herbs and the beautiful man behind the counter printed off a herb preparations guide for me to refer to at home for when I need.
I highly recommend this shop:)

Small but well organised store. Popped in to get some ingredients for herbs for a relaxing tea.

Happy herb shop was easy to find, gentleman behibd the counter was polite & knew where what I looking for was located.

Store also sells incense, mate (South American drink) & a small selection of jewelry.

Great place. Lots of different teas.worth a look as this is a small shop with lots of goodies.prices very reasonable too.

Was always happy with happy herb but the guy behind the counter is a disgrace to customer service. You’d think if it’s your shop that you would be able to know how to be polite to people when they come into a shop and be able to serve them politely instead of being rude.

This shop is amaizing! You can find things from mate to essential oils. Price aren't always the cheapest but get ready to be surprise from the selection of products you can find ;)

It has what you would expect it to have! (though not THAT good.for any foreign visitors that may be thinking this is a medicinals store.not allowed under current Victorian laws). Every legal alternative instead basically.

Manager were insanly rude and had a terrible customer service today.if youre not feeling safe when people in your shop you should just stay home.disgusting behaviour she showed to all custumors

Friendly staff all products were labeled to what benefits they had.plenty of things to choose for natural remedies been shopping here on and off for many years

Amazing place I loved all my herbal teas and my friend who is trying to give up tobacco loved his non tobacco smoking herbs.

Beautiful little shop in the middle of colourful Fitzroy. Thanks to them I started drinking mate. The people working there are super friendly and helpful.

Visited a couple of weeks ago and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient and answered my questions and didn't try to sell me what they wanted to sell me. A very enjoyable visit.

I haven't even visited the shop yet, just made a call over the phone, and guy I spoke to was a legend, super helpful and friendly. Will update my review after I visit the store.

Good business longstanding local business. Great staff. The business is interested in other local businesses and arts. Part of the old culture in this area.
