I've been back here a number of times for two different treatments and it's fantastic! They explain everything to you really thoroughly and make you feel absolutely fantastic. I had my first LED facial experience here and I will be making it part of my skincare/self care plans moving forward!
I have had two sessions of cryolipolysis here (with a third booked in for next week) and both times the staff have been excellent!
Facility is clean and comfortable.

I had a few hydrodermabrasion & vitamin infused facials here & the beauty therapist took care in her services & provided the most amazing facial massage, so relaxing & nourishing! They provide personable approaches to their clients & accomodate appointments/changing with ease.
I did fat freezing session and got badly burnt.the woman didn't apologise and brushed me off when I came back to show them, she just told me to get burn cream
im upset about the burn but not as annoyed as how the woman handled the situation, very unprofessional on her behalf

Don't use them, they can't be trusted. I prepaid a service and they couldn't provide the service. They agreed to provide a refund but never did and I had to get my bank to dispute to get my money back. They were also very rude during this whole time.
