Some items were good quality, some unfortunately weren't. I cancelled the service and was told it was cancelled but was then charged again. Not particularly happy.

We get the fruit boxes - awesome variety and really fresh. Makes me fall back in love with fruits that I haven’t had in ages! Great communication too. We received our box today before Xmas and we got a voucher for a free bakers box, which is one of their new 2022 boxes so we are keen to try that too! Very generous of them. 5/5

Good selection, quality and value. Seems like you're paying around 15% premium on supermarket prices to get a variety of veg delivered regularly; a good way to make sure you're eating enough.

Website definitely needs some work though.

I've only had 2 boxes so far and I love it. The variety is great and it is convenient. It all taste fresh and full of flavour. The smell when I open the box makes me smile. I got a tomato that smells and tastes like my aunt's home grown ones.

So many reasons for a 5-star review. I have been using them for a few months now - here are my impressions:

100% fresh vegetables, delivered fortnightly (in my case), to my preferred address. I always judge a vegetable's freshness by the amount of time it can spend in the fridge before it goes off and I have had vegetables for weeks before visible mould started to creep in.

Variety. So much of it. Every box contains something different, and always contains basics such as carrots and onions. Love the seasonality of the produce and the fact that it forces me to come up with new and innovative recipes.

Customer service. This is the best part. Not a single one of my (sometimes panicked) emails ever went unanswered by the most patient people in the whole wide world. And just as I thought it couldn't get better, I get a phone call from the deliver driver during lockdown to check if I was working from home, and if I'd prefer he deliver my box to my home address.

Highly recommend. Try them - if you don't like them, stop the deliveries. It's that easy. But you will like them.

Haven't used them yet, just wanted to counter Anthony's unfair and honestly quite unreasonable one-star for the marginal inconvenience of seeing a flyer in his letterbox.

Fantastic service and great produce. Look forward to my deliveries and get inspiration of what to cook with the ever changing range of beautiful groceries. So Fresh
