Had a iced black coffee and two tiny tarts.absolutely amazed I was! Taste 10/10 Consistency 10/10 Appearance 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent staff, food and coffee! I also tried their chicken Thai pie and it was just delicious - not too runny with gravy, just perfect consistency and flavour. The eclair was so fresh and had a rich chocolate filling in it. Think I found my fav cafe in Clayton

Nick, Gina and the Team offer amazing customer service. The Grain offers the best coffee in Main Street and their sweets, pastries, cakes & bread are amazing. We often purchase our weekly bread from them and their olive sourdough is a must! Keep up the great work

The cakes here both look and taste fantastic. I've purchased many varieties for office events and I have never been disappointed.

Excellent selection of pastries and cakes, fresh bake and deserts, but little to no vegan or dairy free options.
The coffee was really good (also depends on who makes it) as it tastes really good at times and not too much the other times.
The sit out area has a heater which is an added bonus.

Almost a perfect caramel slice. Rich and soft choc over the best sweet and smooth caramel, only the base is a little thick and light. Weighing an average price of $4.50/128g ~$3.52/100g.
Almond croissants are simply divine. I cannot express how unexpectedly brilliant they are.
Pepper pies that are genuinely spicy with pepper are a precious rarity, well done on also keeping a firm shape. Sausage rolls are not too bad either with the tasty, flaky pastry.

We order cakes from this place for all our family's special occasions. Always spot on, can't fault anything at all:) photo is a large size red velvet cake for my little one's baptism party. Nice service too.

A great place to have a good coffee. The coffee is good and the sweets are amazing. I ate some of the best sweets in Melbourne here. I come every time I can to have a nice coffee and some awesome sweet.

I got a white chocolate and strawberry mud cake and it was loved by everyone at the party. Will definitely come back for more birthday cakes!
