Slept wonderfully and had breakfast.

Got some nice tourist tips

In short, a place not to be missed, but simply to stay and discover the town

We had the most amazing time staying at The Graces. The home is beautiful, the rooms lovely and comfortable and the service was faultless. Elaine's local knowledge and her stories of the history of the area were fabulous. Could not recommend more highly.

Had the most incredible stay at The Graces. Claire is a fantastic host and couldn't do enough for us. Went out of her way to accommodate one of our party who had a mobility issue. I couldn't fault anything. All rooms were immaculate. Port and champagne on arrival. What more can I say.

The Graces Beechworth was a warm welcoming stay. We don’t normally do B&Bs however we were swayed with positive reviews. What a great decision. We were welcomed by Elaine who did a tour and breakfast order. She made sure we had plans for dinner and disappeared. Our room was so warm on a chilly wet evening. Did I say raindrops on a tin roof. The breakfast (we chose to have it on our table in our room) was exactly as I requested. We loved this place. Honestly special.

We had a wonderful two night at the Graces. The room was exactly how it was pictured on the website (always a bonus!) The room was spotlessly clean and extremely cosy. Elaine, our host was extremely knowledgeable about places to go in town and further afield. Her breakfasts were very yummy and nothing was too much trouble. I wish we'd booked a longer stay!

An incredible bed and breakfast to stay at in the heart of Beechworth!

We had four nights at this beautiful house that oozed character, warmth, comfort and convenience.

Elaine the host was a beautiful person with great knowledge of the area. Her breakfast each morning was divine and homey! It was a great start for us to a fabulous day exploring all the wonders of Beechworth.

Our room was COVID safe and Elaine took immaculate care in keeping her guests safe and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and had strong wifi and Netflix to settle into after a long day. Although they were guests, the room was very quiet as the walls were thick and soundproof. Can’t fault the room at all!

We will absolutely be back and thank you to Elaine’s beautiful hospitality and accomodation we will forever have fond memories of Beechworth!

The accommodation retains all of the charm appeal of a heritage establishment without feeling old and dated. The room is clean, tidy and well sanitised. Good covid-safe protocols observed without feeling uptight.

The bed was very comfortable and the room has all the amenities you would need for a short stay.

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the area.

5 stars.

When you imagine a country town cosy B&B experience The Graces is exactly that and more. Elaine is an amazing host who makes a delicious breaky (fluffy scrambled eggs were my fav). The room is cosy, clean and styled beautifully. Location is perfect walking distance from all the main things to do, see and eat.

Grand old house beautifully decorated as a luxury B&B. Host Elaine was friendly knowledgeable and considerate. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with local produce served. The room was very comfortable and warm with great little touches like a welcome home made Florentine biscuit & complimentary wine. Also had a charger for electronic devices, great for travellers. Loved it. Thank you Elaine, I felt very welcomed.

Step back in time in this well maintained house. Elaine, our landlady, was very welcoming and has a beautiful home with lots of memories and some interesting stories about the house. She can also give you some tips for places to see, things to do etc.
Our room was very well appointed and no fear of being cold with blankets and plenty of heating options! A small bottle of bubbles, home made biscuits and a wee bottle of port were on hand to greet us!
A generous breakfast was available. Only issue is you need to be prepared to wait as Elaine runs it all on her own so it can take a bit of time to get your food.
She definitely takes care of her guests and even gave 1guest a birthday present! Little things like that are what sets a place apart.
Would be happy to come back for another visit.
