The Gourmet Butcher Shop

I recently visited this butcher shop, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The quality and freshness of the meat were outstanding. Tony and staff were knowledgeable and eager to assist. The organization of the shop was also impressive. I can't wait to return and continue exploring their wide selection. This butcher shop is the place to go!

I could not be more disgusted to witness your butchers make racial remarks to the delivery driver. Absolutely foul. Caucasian butchers making comments to an ethnic delivery driver asking ‘how do we know there’s not a bomb in here’ ‘drop it and take two steps back’. I will NEVER shop here again, there is no place for comments like that in this day and age especially given what’s going on in the world. As an ethnic person myself I will never support this business ever again and I can assure you I will be letting everyone know.

The only positive was the woman serving customers told the butcher you can’t make comments like that, but even then it’s not enough.

Just sensational in every way. Staff are great. Meat is incredible and it is a pay for what you get. If you want cheap meat go to Australian Butchers and eat rubbish. You want to pay for good meat come here and taste the difference. Family run quality butcher prepared to go above and beyond.
Will be coming back.

Have been buying my pet mince here for almost 4 years. Friendly, reliable, a great product at a great price. 20kgs a week and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Always a pleasure going into the store. The girls at the front are always so nice and helpful and the quality of the food never disappoints. Great quality meats and the fresh pasta they have recently added to their store is a must try. Highly recommend.

I went there last week, and it is the Best butcher ever, the quality of the meat is fabulous! A big praise goes to the super friendly Staff of the store, who with professionalism and kindness, give very useful advice about every single item! Thank you!

Must be under new management. No need to be passive aggressive when a question is asked regarding meat. Whoever staffed the store today learn some interpersonal skills otherwise customers might just find another butcher like me. Good luck

Good quality products, Scotch fillet & Rib Eye steak are all good. You should try their home made chorizo sausages, smokey & tasty. Expect to pay more than supermarket prices, but definitely worth it.

Excellent butcher. My family always comment on how tender and tasty the meat is here. Reasonably priced and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is absolutely the most friendly staff. Always so obliging especially dicing chicken for me when they don’t already have it diced.

I've received really good service. The staff are knowledgeable and were willing to cut meat at request when we asked for a cut they didn't have available. The quality is pretty good, way above the supermarkets. It's priced as a premium product, but they deliver on the quality. A great local option.

Meat is beautiful, however I spent $8.75 only to be advised that eftpos limit is $10. Had no cash on me so had to make purchase up to $10 to pay. Seriously! That’s poor service, will go elsewhere from now on.

Purchased some peppered steak from here today. Delicious. Havent had steak that good for a while. Pity I dont live closer.
