BUY TV & REMOTE SEPARATE!

My 75" Hisense LED TV came with a gold concierge warranty, so I knew I would be covered for anything that went wrong. Additionally, I was given false information about my ability to use it repeatedly. After only 1.5 years, my remote no longer functions, and I've been informed that I can only utilize the guarantee once every five years. The remote is not covered by Hisense, which considers it an accessory. I'm quite dissatisfied in my experience, especially because I'm new to Australia. For genuine peace of mind, I want other people to exercise caution while relying on the gold concierge warranty.

I got served by Marie and she's an absolute legend. Quite possibly the best customer service I've received in a very long time. Could not recommend this place more

This used to be a good caring store, but I guess after the store manager change I'm suffering a lot. I submitted a repair 2 weeks ago and it is still sitting in store waiting to be dispatched. Instead of taking responsibility they are playing blame game with dyson. I won't recommend this store or even Good Guys after this experience. I know after this review it will take even longer, but I needed to call them out for their negligence.

VERY POOR SERVICE. I was sold a Samsung sound bar for my Samsung TV (also purchased here 3 years ago). Immediately following installation a fault occurred with the sound bar. After numerous calls/travel to an external repairer/expense incurred by me/and yet more calls. I think I was a nuisance and was placed in the 'too hard basket' NOT HAPPY

It used to be my go to store for all the white goods shopping but recently I experienced staff being being very rude and not helpful. At 1 occasion, the staff member shrugged his shoulders and at 2 occasion the staff shook her head as if she was frustrated. At a few other occasions, I felt as if I was not welcomed at the store. I think the staff need more training in customer service.
They lost 1 customer.

Nobody there to help you. Nobody even acknowledges you. It’s a bad sign when they can’t even say “I’ll be with you soon”.

Just don't use them. 2 faulty dryers, can't even send to the correct address, cant give you any updates. The call back in non-existent. First dryer took 1 and a half months to be replaced. 2nd has been since November. The customer service is outstanding

Had a faulty washing and brought it back at 5: 30 on a Friday afternoon. The manager Anthony couldn’t have been more helpful, went above and beyond to make sure the issue was solved. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received here by Anthony and the others. Thank you guys:)

Hands down the worst delivery service I've ever used.
Careless.
Was supposed to have a new washing machine installed and old one removed. The Good Guys (not good at all) came, refused to install the new one as they had to take the bathroom door off. Okay? Not rocket science.
I installed the new washer myself.
Had them return after multiple calls trying to book in a time and receiving no call back.
They refused to take the old one because it leaked a bit of water from the bottom and it's a slip hazard, I offered to clean it up. Nup, left immediately.not his problem. Still waiting on a call back for a solution. Guarantee I won't receive one.

The service was so appalling. They refused to install the washing machine and then left the old on in my lounge room. They were meant to take it and didn’t. I’ve tried calling, they say they will call back and then don’t.

The worst customer service.

I would like to thank the lovely John who served us. He was so passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and directed us to the perfect washing machine and dryer combination.
I would highly recommend The Good Guys Moorabbin and their team but in particular John.

Poor customer service
Asked 3 times for help didn’t get any help.
The lady in the cashier she didn’t check the box and I realised the box is broken when I came back she said go and bring another one she didn’t ask one of the staff to bring it for me.
NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

My wife went in today to buy a a front loader and was greeted by young gentleman John Roussis an incredible sales man who was passionate about his job and products. I have to say, my wife has been to other places where they just treated like she wasn't there. I spoke with John over the phone as I usually do the haggling and certainly great guy to chat to, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and his customer service was 5 star,
I'll definitely be coming back to John for all my future appliance needs. A great asset to your company,

Have been going here for years. Staff are great. It’s well priced.

Dropped 1 star because the parking on a weekend is a nightmare. If you’re in a rush you may as well forget it.

The salesman openly lied about delivery dates. Promised delivery of an AEG w/ machine and dryer within the week and now it’s 8 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a Samsung washing machine with an additional premium delivery charge of $74 for installation and taking the package away. They just dropped the washing machine and left.
