48Terrible customer service. I have been put on hold many times and every single one of those times the call is hung up. I try to call back but it seems apparently its busy from the moment the store opens to when it is closed. I am absolutely appalled by The Good Guys staff!
Was waiting over 20 minutes utes to ask about a tablet. Nobody seemed interested to come and serve. Lost my sale.
I needed to purchase 2 laptops and recieved no service at all. Not the first time this has happened. I waited a good 10-15 minutes and recieved no help. Very disappointing
Purchased an oven online while on the phone with store. Paid in full. Told “will be delivered within 5 weeks. It’s over 8 weeks now and no updates without 5 calls. Still no oven. Still no refund. No phone calls returned. No emails sent. Never again.
Friendly and helpful staff. The guy Thamin in shepparton store help us to choose electric items best fit with our requirements for reasonable prices. Recommended.
Well the good guys shepparton always has both types of workers. Some are very rude and some are very helpful.yesterday when I went there to pick up an online order the lady at the counter (Melissa) didn’t even look at me. Even when I said hi she still didn’t bother to ask why I was there until a lady at the next counter volunteered to assist me. So disappointing the way they treat customers, I had already paid online but they treat us like we are there to ask for stuff for free
Awesome staff, helped me out with a faulty Sony tv return when Sony was proving difficult. I have since shopped there again and received a great deal and friendly service

Mislead by the tech guys, have just blown almost 1k on something that does not do what I asked for. Very annoyed as I informed them what I was looking for several times.
I bought the Samsung tablet of worth $449 on 29 Nov 2022, as i was told by the Shepperton store guys that the credit will happen automatically to my Storecash Wallet (as the Black Friday offer was ending on 30 Nov). But nothing happened.
When i contact the helpdesk, they came up with the excuse that the store purchase is not valid if its less than $500.
I feel cheated!
Thank you to Goodguys Shepparton for helping us with the dishwasher that the manufacturer would not admit they have a useless product and taking it back and giving us a different brand. We will keep spending our money with you.
A good variety of medium and lower end goods, doesn't offer the lastest and greatest cost an arm/leg type stuff but for your average person it'll offer everything you need at a great variety and price, staff have always been great certainly can't praise the staff here enough always kind, respectful and helpful never a bad experience in my many times I've been there

Staff are absolutely hopeless. Go for a walk to find staff member to get service. Get 2 the pick up area. Staff are just as uninterested as they floor Staff inside.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If i could give negative stars I would. Hard to distinguish if their customer service is bad.because there simply isn't any! Management needs to reevaluate staff performance, that's if they can locate them?
Just called in to shepparton store to get a copy of a receipt for washing machine i purchased at the start of the year that has developed a leek. Customer service staff at the counter was not only polite and helpful but even booked lodged the warranty/booked the repair guy
nothing more for me to do

Very little knowledge and assistance with stoves & rangehoods, cashier on Thurs 21st could have smiled and been more hospitable.very disappointing.
Very poor delivery. Had to call up 4 times. To get my fridge delivered. First time they damaged it while delivering. New one took 3/4 phone calls to get delivered.not happy.
Worst customer service shop I have ever been in waited 20 minutes the staff to busy in chatting then service
Walked in ready to spend $$$ Stood for at least 5 - 10 min and staff walking past. Not one stopped to ask if I wanted help. So I walked out!
