47Shout out to Michelle from the Good Guys store in Traralgon. I had to return a faulty vacuum cleaner and she was so helpful and accommodating. A real pleasure to deal with. The Traralgon store have a wonderful employee working for them.
I have ordered online and the money was deducted from my account. But there is no order confirmation mail and no order number since 24 hrs. Contacted customer service. They have said they did not get the order. Delivery date was showing the next day. Thats why I have ordered from this site. Asked for refund. Informed that it will take 3-4 business days. Very very bad service. Dont purchase anything from this website
Alicia and the team always look after our family and friends needs at times going above and beyond with their customer service. Recently our son purchased the IRobot i3+ Roomba robot vacuum and could not be happier with this product.
If I could rate zero stars I would. Brought a laptop two years ago with three year warranty took in to be sent off and repaired as the camera did not work on a Friday and came back on the Sunday to hand in the charger as forgotten so I spoke to two different entire teams working those two days and then called up four weeks later as I was told to do so on the third week to follow up process. The laptop had not even left the store and I was told I had to make the claim myself and call another company as I should of done four weeks prior and was not told by goodguys. I was sent back and forth calling different people to follow up my claim and am still waiting on the sixth week now to be told what is going on. Each time I call up I speak to a different person who tells me something else new. Super unorganised and dissatisfied never had worse service and such an unorganised team. I had to go out and spend another $1300 on a new laptop else where because I couldn't even be offered a loan "sorry not sure if we have one" no one bothered to ever go check on either day I went it and enquired initially. A lot of messing around that no one wanted to take responsibility for but blame the customer. Was always happy buying from here but will not be again.
We ordered an item in feb and was told that it would be in stock at the start of April. Hadn’t heard anything in nearly 2 months, so went in store to follow up and found that it had been in stock for over 6 weeks and our order was just sitting there collecting dust. Disappointed that we weren’t contacted to advise that it was in stock, especially after we had already put a few $100 on the item. The person we spoke to in store was incredibly rude, not even offering an apology.
I brought a fantastic tv 75" only to b told by delivery men no we don't install so being a single woman I can't even lift out box to setup lucky I contacted a family member to set up no good guys here hopeless guys

We purchased an LG refrigerator in early October from The Good Guys, Traralgon, as we needed a larger fridge as we are hosting Christmas for the first time in our new place for the extended family this year. The November delivery date went past, and we were told it was delayed to December 13. December 13 arrived and when we called to find out where our fridge was Good Guys cancelled our order. Now we have 11 days to get a new fridge from somewhere else. Good Guys were absolutely no help organising a replacement to arrive in time. Their customer service hung up on us several times, were generally rude and not at all helpful. Never buying anything from these Bad Guys ever again.
A week and a half to Christmas and told the store is 'not getting' the fridge I have ordered, which I needed for Christmas, despite it being displayed in store the day before ordered it online, despite me ordering well in advance.
We needed a new washing machine and Rob B came to help us, made the whole process very easy and gave us a few laughs at the same time. Really great customer service, thanks Rob!
Bought all of our electrical appliances here. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great store and great prices.
Went into goodguys tgon today and made a purchase, but what a mess. They had guys tearing the roof off and dust, insulation and debris coming down everywhere. Couldnt believe they had guys working above customers etc. Workcover would have a field day with these not so good guys. The female employee who served us was excellent though. Got us in and out in no time.
Placed an online order. After a few days of no update, contacted the store to be told they couldn't help. Went through online chat who told me product wasnt in stock, when it was showing it was, and had no ETA. When I tried to push for more I was rudely dismissed.
I really wish I had read the reviews before my unsuccessful purchase have been messed around for a couple of days do not recommend them very difficult to deal with take your money then tell you the payment was unsuccessful they still have my money over seven hundred dollars and no product and they cannot find the order placed spent hours trying to sort this out still waiting for reply
Staff were friendly and helpful and the item we needed was in store, didn't have to wait for service
I got a free packet of pegs with my purchase which was neat. (I didn't buy a washing machine).
Great store with all your electrical needs for the home covered, shame that the sales people were not interested in approaching a customer to see if they requires assistance.

At Good Guys sales Representative named Natalie is one of the best salesperson i have ever seen in my experience, she helps a customer from scratch and tries to explain about product details so well and gives authentic information about it, she compares with other products and help you to find the best which suits your needs and plus fits in your budget.
