79 Called in to buy transistor radio lady staff member asked if my phone was with Telstra she called store manager Abby who obligingly made all necessary adjustments on line to obtain $10 month off each phone on our plan then discounted radio $7.
Abby is most obliging and pleasant person you would hope to meet and staff i dealt with including check out were the same a reflection on his management. Thanks to all concerned.
It was a smooth transaction. The Sales rep Renu was great at letting you know about the products and also offered extended warranty on top of company warrenty for a piece of mind.
I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Darnell at The Good Guys. Their demeanor was extremely professional and their readiness to assist, coupled with superb communication skills made the experience particularly impressive. They also displayed an admirable ability to find compromises when necessary which contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere of the store. I want to thank Darnell for all their efforts in making my visit fulfilling.
Went to the store yesterday arvo at approx 2: 30pm.
I browsed the printer section and kept an eye out for any staff with no luck. I went up to the registers and asked for some assistance and the lady used their internal communication microphone to ask someone comeover to the printer section.
I waited a further 5-10 mins and noone came.
I went across the road to JB who were very helpful and had plenty of staff and walked out with not only the printer I wanted but also a Samsung tablet.
I found the male manager to be unnecessarily rude and unfriendly. All I was trying to do was to clarify a payment that wouldn't go through and he was totally over the top with rudeness in my view. Makes me not want to shop here.
Very disappointed, poor services, I purchased a Samsung with 5 Years Concierge Gold Service Extras. Machine is leaking but they did not send a repairer to come and see it as they think that it is not manufactural fault. I was told that if repairer come to my house, I will be charged, they just decided based on the photos. I am not recommend the shop at all.

I have received good service by Jatin in the store, however, the installation of Dishwasher taking long time. We have asked the installation on Tuesday or ASAP to be done. My husband tried to call everyday and the only answer receiving is someone from installation team will call you.
I am suffering at home without dishwasher. The new dishwasher is kept in the middle of the kitchen from Monday and its Friday now. No one came and done any installation.
Not a good service at all after the cost is paid by customer. You also should take care of service after purchase.

I’m trying to reach out to you store from last three days. After talking to the sales team on National line I was advised that I will be contacted about my purchase.
I’ve bought a fridge online from Essendon store. It has been almost 9 working days And Im yet to receive the delivery.
I’ve not had any response’s or communication from your end which is very frustrating. Clearly the good guys are on the verge of turning into bad boys. Can you please help out here and try to understand how hard it is to live without a fridge in this day and Age.

I was very disappointed with the service, and how difficult it was just to find out what the ETA was on an item I had paid for in full three weeks prior. I ended up making a 3 hour round trip to pick it up from a different location because the Essendon store refused to have it transferred.
Andrew was really helpful we came in with a broken heater and left with a new heater, installation organised and a good price.
I’ve just purchased Dyson hair dryer and it’s not what was supposed to be in the box, the blue big storage box it’s not included! Next time witch will not be if I a purchase something I will open there on the spot cos.

A poor performance from this store today. I had a gift card issued from another store that was, as the lady at the register stated "not yet activated". I asked if she could assist. She said "no, you'll have to email that store" and refused to give me any assistance.
After saying "I guess I won't buy these products today", which were $250 above the value of the gift card, she said "yeah that's fine".
One must appluad the level of "its not my problem" at this store - 10/10.
My Nan Was recently granted the Victorian government home heating and cooling rebate so went into the good guys as they are a listed supplier.
Unsure about the exact unit to purchase, Tom assisted us through the process and explained in easy to understand terms to my nan what our options are and how to go about it.
Excellent customer service and most of all Nan was happy with the process and explanations given. Thanks Tom.
Really bad experience with them. Bought an Aircon+installation from them. Their installers were really unprofessional and made a mess of install. When reported to The Good Guys, instead of resolving that mess, they started taking sides with the installers. Was regular at that store but now never going back.
Strange experience here, tried to buy a washing machine, but almost all their machines were out of stock and they can't price match other stores like E and S can. The salesman didn't even seem to care!
I seriously recommend saving your petrol and just buy online.
Rude staff, deceptive marketing. Bad customer service. Avoid this shady store and buy stuff from people who take responsibility.
My last visit I brought a coffee machine, unfortunately I have forgotten the staff members name but he knew his products and was able to point us to exactly what we wanted and provided us with loads of very helpful information. Thankyou and keep up the great work!
