What a waste of time, so unhelpful, no customer service at all, incredibly rude in the laundry department when I called, did not want to help. I am going online to purchase my washing machine not trying local stores any more no matter how much we try and support local businesses it is never easy with what we are confronted with in regards to service. Lost me completely. Online is the better way to go unfortunately.

Horrible customer service, came in with my family, no one greeted us at all, spent the entire time trying to figure out things on my own. Staff there seemed too busy or occupied to even bother. And I won't bother going back there again neither.

Apparently no one picks up their phones. Was on wait for more than an hour before being auto disconnected. Horrible service.

I called for a quote of washing machine installation and waited 45mins for the call. Then the last/5th person hang up the phone and said nothing. Seems there’s a lot of rude guys in the good guys.

I went in to the Chadstone store in a rush to buy a small electric heater. Not only was I warmly greeted at the door & quickly pointed in the right direction. I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes & they were! I was helped out by Gavin who gave me some great advice on the products & I selected a heater from the display - unfortunately after Gavin did a quick check on the system, they had no boxed ones in store. Thankfully Gavin gave me a discount on the display model & I was quickly on my merry way with my new heater in hand. Overall a really great, efficient experience!

Eloise was super helpful, bubbly, and delightful to deal with! Helped us swap over our tv under warranty and made it a super smooth process. Thanks!

Had a terrible customer experience with the coffee machine we purchased a couple months ago. It was faulty product issue. And they only offered to repair. Can't even test it in store before we take it back home.
Very inconvenient for customer service.

Don’t purchase the Gold Service Extras. Will not even honour a handle falling off a 3 year old dishwasher! Very narrow grounds for claims and insurer totally disinterested.

This shop allows deliveries on a Sunday. Don’t use this service as two Indian men arrived in a Budget rented van. Then as they took my washing machine through the kitchen they suddenly said they can’t get through. This was just blatantly untrue (trying it on) I told them they could and they eventually installed it. This was so unprofessional. Just as well I pushed them otherwise they would have dumped it in the middle of the Kitchen. Terrible service

One of the best experiences I’ve had at any retail store. A very special mention to the manager Chris, who not only understood the situation, but was thoughtful enough to do everything I could to make sure he had a very happy customer… highly recommend the store.

I bought a TV on Sunday and was delivered Tuesday morning! Abe was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. Really great and easy experience.

If you want exceptional customer service I highly recommend you ask for Adi. Adi is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He genuinely cares about helping provide an excellent experience for the customer. Whatever products you are buying he always ensures that his customers are given the best possible prices. Outstanding staff like Adi who are an asset to the team is the reason I believe this store is a fantastic place to shop at.

Never will be attending to Good guys again after my experience. My partner and I were planning on buying a Dyson air purifier, unfortunately they did not have any in stock, and so we spoke to a man called Gaven and a young gentleman who was looking after the dyson department……. They ended up telling us they had 15 air purifiers in stock at Narrewarren, and so he called up the store and spoke to a girl
Called Olivia but did not bother to confirm how much stock there was and sent us there…. We ended up driving 40 minutes to get there and turns out there was none in stock and no person called Olivia that Gaven had spoken to. This was honestly a waste of our time and would never be shopping at Good guys ever again. Goodguys chadstone don’t seem to provide enough customer satisfaction therefore, we have bought our product elsewhere.

Generally good guys are decent, but this store is a meh. I’d avoid it and drive to another. The customer service was rubbish, try elsewhere.

Shout out to the guy at the click and collect spot by the parking lot. I made the (not so brilliant) decision to buy a coffee machine and take it on the train with me. If you’ve been to The Good Guys Chadstone you’d know that the train station is a good 500mts from the store - and when you’re carrying a heavy box it just feels like the station is even further! Haha But thanks to how attentive and kind the guy at the shop was, he managed to put some plastic straps around the box to help securely carry it! I forgot to get his name, but thank you so much!

I would never have believed someone in customer service industry would have told me they do not value loyalty.

Welcome to Good Guys Chadstone and Dion Ward. He was rude and abrasive. I'm glad he showed his lack of professionalism at the front counter. Hoping the other customers will know their worth and not be returning!

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher from these guys, which I believe is the worst dishwasher in the market. I tried speaking to the manager and she is a person who is not willing to listen to anything, rude and her knowledge on products and customer service is nil. Please do not buy anything from this store.
