Golf Clearance Outlet is the ONLY place to buy golf equipment! Rob and the staff there are tremendous. I recently made an online iron purchase only to find the very next day it was further discounted by $100. I rang and spoke to Rob who said it wasn't a problem and immediately gave me the discounted price. That is what I call exceptional service! Their store in Oakleigh is is full of goodies with heaps of products to choose from. I will no longer look at other golf stores because Golf Clearance Outlet will price match anyway. Rang golf clearance outlet looking for a travel bag (Birdies and Eagles) and they answered immediately and said they had the stock and woudl put aside. Went in later, got the world's most helpful sales person and showed me everything, could not have been a better experience. Great price as well, more than 20% less than anywhere else. Great shop. Good prices with occasional spectacular deals. Small little putting area, staff are helpful but not pushy. Has a simulator although I haven't used it before. Basically all the golf stuff you could want. Usually parking available

I'm a 70 year old woman giving golf one more chance. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Rob. I walked in pretty cluless and he walked me through many considerations in the most patient and polite manner. I am very happy with my Wilson Ladies set and am very appreciative for Rob's help. I found all staff to be presonable and professional and will be returning to purchase gloves and other acessories in the near future. Prices competitive with ebay and other outlets with the bonus of personalised service. Impressive business.

Terrible customer service. I went to the store to buy a golf buggie that I have researched and made up my mind to purchase. After arriving at the store, I looked at the buggies on display while waited for a staff to speak to (the store wasn’t particularly busy). Nobody came over and after fifteen minutes I tried the golf buggie that I wanted to purchase, as I was adjusting the levers to fold the buggie, I heard a staff member rushed over and said in an unfriendly voice ‘ do you know what you are doing? ’ (no hello) I replied ‘ yes, just trying to test the different models before I decide which one to go with’ he replied ‘ doesn’t look Iike you know what you are doing’ instead of trying to help me, he just stood there and watched me like a hawk. When I asked if they are able to discuss the price, he rudely replied as shown. I thanked him and left. The funny thing is that I have already done my research and was coming down to pay for the buggie after confirming with someone on the phone that they have stock. Really the sale was their’s to loose! The way the staff member treated me, made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I bought my buggie elsewhere that same day and paid more! Will not come back to purchase anything from this place due to the way i was treated. Golf Clearance you need to train your staff on customer service and empathy, as you are loosing sales because of this staff’s behaviour.

Personal thank you to Matthew for helping me out. After being wrongly guided into an X-stiff Hzrdus Smoke shaft on my Titleist Driver by Drummond Golf, Matthew got in touch with his Titleist Rep and managed to find a more suitable shaft option (Fujikura Speeder 757 TS Stiff) and swapped it out free of charge. I can not be more grateful for their help in assisting me. Matthew went above and beyond to help me and I will definately be shopping there in future.
