Last week myself and a co worker participated in training with Emma from the global beauty group.
Emma went through IPL hair reduction, IPL skin treatments, Body contouring, Radio frequency, Carbon facial and Tattoo removal.
Emma was very knowledgeable and was extremely thorough with the all the components we were taught.
Emma made sure that we were feeling safe and comfortable about the treatments and deciding if that client was an appropriate candidate.

I recently completed training with Bri and Brittany for IPL, Tattoo removal and carbon laser. I found the training to be excellent. Small groups, knowledgeable and industry experienced trainers that were able to keep the training interesting, relevant and fun. I've also had a really positive experience with The Global Beauty Group overall. From my first enquiry, device delivery and training I've been really impressed with the helpfulness, knowledge and just how easy it has been to deal with them.

The team provided me with amazing & informative service, Nicole was amazing and made sure that I understood everything about the process and made sure that the device I chose is perfect for me and my goals. I have now purchased 3 devices from the GBG and absolutely love them, im looking forward to making another purchase in the future! Training has also been provided which I’m really excited to start. Yutki from GBG was amazing, she helped me decide on the correct equipment at the best price and started the finance process, replied to all questions super quick at any time of the day or night or weekend! All equipment has been delivered fast and looks great and Yutki is still there anytime I need her! Fantastic service Yutki and GBG!

Taliah was an excellent teacher for training with our HairLASE machine, there were no questions left unanswered, couldn't have asked for a better trainer, as she was so knowledgeable. The whole team at the Global Beauty Group were welcoming and very professional. If you’re looking for more than just machines and devices, then this company is what you’re looking for. They have been so patient with me from the start. My beautiful Donna in particular. I have changed my mind so many times or needed questions answered, she was ready to help and educate me. I’m now in the beginning processes of securing the machines that will suit my business in the stage that it’s at. I know I will have support from these guys always. Unfortunately when there is an issue they literally wipe their hands. My personal experience and dealing with The Global Beauty Group has been totally negative and unprofessional. Totally unreasonable and disrespectful towards me. No senior management to handle cases and decision making after numerous calls made to find a solution. Now ACCC involved. Good luck to potential clients if you have an issue with your purchase….
