Amazing LGS. They run commander nights every week and give away random promo packs to attendees. I literally won a pack on my very first time there. Clean environment, open space, lots of tables and great stock of games

Update: they have renovated the store and it's much more spacious, i couldn't find the stack of games that they usually had, but the store is nicer and more tables to play or paint

The one star here is for a very disappointing experience with the same shop attendant on two separate occasions. Twice the same shop attendant has refused to honour the clearly advertised sale discounts. The first time when I purchased Terminator Genisys rise of the resistance a while back (29th December 2022 I believe). I called ahead to put the game aside for same day pick up, due to the item being originally marked down and then an additional percentage off based on the coloured sticker attached (i.e. Sale = incentive to move stock) I reiterated on the phone the item and the two discounts attached to it. After driving for over one hour the shop attendance had taken the sticker off and had stated ‘it’s already discounted enough’. I avoided any further discussion around it, purchased the item but left feeling very disappointed. Second time more recently I passed by on 14th September 2023 (after picking up an order from Cardtastic, ironically a clear contrasting customer service experience on the same day) and attempted to by another item on sale (70% off) and again she would not calculate the correct discount off the item price. This time I refused to purchase the item.
As both a business owner and consumer, I can’t understand the motive behind the individuals attitude and practice but I must highlight there seems to me a clear breach of consumer and fair trading regulations on top of a lack of appreciation of the significance of ‘customer service’ both of which underpin the job role and the value that the business offers.
For the record I have enjoyed shopping at Gaming-verse overall and have had excellent customer service experience on all other occasions.

I ordered a game through their online store and it got to me quickly. And the other day I asked if they could get a game in that I cant find anywere else they siad they could a gave me all the info I needed to know highly recommend them

The staff are very welcoming and the store is well laid out with merchandise layout and the area to play. First time playing MTG Commander here and loved it - the crowd and atmosphere was so friendly to a newbie like me. Can't wait to go back and play some more. I highly recommend the store to anyone

A bit slow in responding to emails and one of the items sent to me has a defect. Item (low value) not worth returning due to postage cost.

You can play board games for free, they have some collections which you can play for free they have chairs and tables as well as they get new board games based on the donations, plus they sell board games too. Overall i will go there rather than games world to be honest.

An excellently laid out store. Heaps of gaming space and awesome prices. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on the miniatures in the store. Would gladly return.

My favourite game store! I've shopped here regularly for years and become a part of the MTG community over the last 12 months. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and shelves are always stocked with awesome products! Despite no longer living locally the gamingverse is still my #1 game store

Seems like a good store, but hard to tell when locked up.not open and don't bother to have business hours sign lit up. Are they closed for good?

A vibrant tabletop gaming community, and great products

This is one of the best game store I have ever been to! It has a great social scene, always seeing people playing a bit of Pokemon or Magic. Once I went by myself and was able to quickly befriend several other magic players and had a blast.

The products this store offers is also very good. Constant sales, quick restocks! Unlike some other game stores, Us star wars legion players are not neglected! I was very excited when I spotted their large array of star wars legion expansion packs, now saving money so I can grab a few on my next trip to Good Games.

In conclusion, good game! (get iT?)

Great store with heaps of stock and variety, especially in the way of board games, card games and miniatures!

Bought some items from their online store and unfortunately I screwed up with the items without realizing. They took initiative and contacted me to fix the mistake I still hadn't realized I made and seamlessly solved my issue.

Great range, knowledgeable staff who are (usually) sociable, and their layout is well planned. Prices are reasonable and their range is quite large. Definitely a local hub for the Magic, DnD and other gaming crowds.

Friendly staff, large enough store for about 30 people, less in these trying times of course.

Decent array of board games, a lot of magic players when I went on a Sunday.

Staff were friendly and helpful, didn't seem disinterested like some establishments.
