The Fresh Fruit World reviews
26Amazing service love it we ordered one day before and needed it for. A wedding the ladies that worked there were very kind and provided the best service as possible highly recommended for future.
Charging for a small head of cabbage 11.98? Is it not grown in Victoria? I don't think Queensland supply us with winter vegetables. Also, prepackaged garlic says product of Australia when it's clearly from China. Ive been buying fruit and veg there for many years but will not any more.
Horrible customer service, my mom has osteoarthritis in both knees and the girl serving her refused to serve her at the nearest checkout and made her go to a separate one when she easily could’ve scanned her products at the close one or entered the price manually on the other one, but instead made her carry her order when it was HEAVY and had informed her already of her problems.there were no other customers, it is not difficult to acquire to a customers needs especially with a health condition
Prices is too high with unprofessional customers service, , so greedy business owners, Also prices must be checked before leaving the stor, I go there for just little to buy, delli shop girls must be change gloves and stop talking in front of the food service, l can't believe with same Gloves handle the products, cleaning bench service and others
Today, I visited since my local Woolies had bad and low stock of produce.
Got here at midday and it was bustling with people.
The produce that I got smelled fresh - such as the firm Truss tomatoes having that strong aroma; or the firm apples and pears that smelled so sweet. I say firm since those at Woolies was soft and wayyy to ripe!
And my favourite was the Turkish breads - which I ended up having for lunch with the Truss tomatoes I bought with butter and salt+pepper. Yum!
Price-wise, those I bought was similar price to what I would have paid at Wollies.
Hopefully my next visit will be the same.
Customer services sometimes they good and bad. Their fruits expensive and cheap sometimes.their chills sometimes mix up. It's great place have a different kind of fruits and vege.sometimes busy! They never run out of what you looking for except eggs run outs. Great location with Bakery, Deli, Meat and Fish next to it.
I’ll make sure I check the receipts at the register all the time from now on. Charged cucumber at zucchini price before I though the cashier can’t tell the difference. A couple of days ago, charged me 2 packs of cherries which I didn’t even buy.
Rude staff member. Staff need to learn how to serve customer. Will never go back again. Worse customer service experience i had today at shop.
Had horrendous experience. Got served by Angelina. She is super rude, grumpy, and arrogant. Has no patience whatsoever. You guys lost one more loyal customer today. Wont be coming back!
Feel disgusted after buying a small durian cost $26.60. I took it home, opened and found it was all rotten and the smell was extremely bad. I took it back to the shop and the lady in charge told me that durian smells and it’s normal. I have always eaten durian but this durian had a real bad smell and if I’ve eaten it I could have died. I told the lady in charge that the rest of the durian on the shelves should be thrown out as it could be a danger to the public. She told me, “if another person complain than we would throw out”. Anyway the lady refunded my money for the durian. I will twice before going to this shop ever again.
This place has great choices for fresh food. It has gone under a lot of expansion in terms of coverage of the forecourt floor.
I've always liked coming here, really fresh & good produce. But make sure you get there before 4.45 otherwise one of the boys will look at you and sneeze at you without a mask on! Never in my +15yrs coming here have I had any problems. 5oct2020
It could be over priced on some items, but they stock good quality. I tried almost all the veg shops on the area, this one surly stock the good stuff.
Nice and fresh all times all kindest veg and fruits available as per seasons keep up good work and great customer service
Busy today. Good quality produce. $10 a tray for strawberries today! However I wished they still stocked loose strawberries like they used to
Customer services is shocking! I'm a regular customer Was over charged & asked for refund refused. After considerable amount of time eventually they agreed to refund me the amount. Won't be shopping here again!
If a world could be fresh fruit, this is it. I love fruit and a the world of fresh fruit has it all. Yum
I found their prices are too high, this is a family chained biz who built their clientele based on their affordable prices, but they stated to get greedy since they grown big and having a shop in major shopping centres, they definitely too pricey and greedy.
Very conveniently located inside Pacific Epping. The shop has wide variety of fruits and vegetables. I wouldn't say it's cheap but the freshness and quality of the produce is excellent. Staff are pleasent enough. Some of the vegetables and fruits available here won't be seen in Coles or Woolworths. For example a month ago or so bought Sappadilla fruit.
A few hundred metres from melbourne wholesale market yet expensive. I rather go to lalor market far cheaper honestly.
