I recently bought a new Checkpoint ALR 5 from Trek Richmond on Sat 22nd and i really enjoyed the buying experience. Jo was knowledgable, patient and helpful (with a store full of folks) in assisting me pick a new bike and ensuring i was confident and satisfied with my purchase. I recently went in looking to purchase a bike because I was fed up with public transport. The staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful. Charm helped me find a bike that really suited my needs and I've been loving riding to work since. She also was super helpful in helping me pick up all the little extras I needed like a bottle cage, some tyre repair stuff and even an awesome bike rack to store it on my wall. I would absolutely recommend Trek Richmond to my friends.

My road bike gear changing cable snapped so I took my bike in to see if the team could fix it. I was rapt that they did it on the spot so I didn’t have to book in and come back. Very helpful and great service.

Jo and Char have been a great help recently when I've needed new shorts, a bicycle tube etc. And Tobia and Liam did an impressive job servicing/repairing one of my bikes also. The Trek Richmond crew are always friendly and pass on their knowledge whenever I have any questions.

Went in as my back tire had a puncture while out with my son.

They checked the wheel, frame and put the new inner tube in with no extra charge.
While we waited the other staff member even offered to give my 4yr Olds bike a check over and tightened a few parts up.

Read their ratings- 10/10 and deservedly so. Gave me confidence to take the leap and buy our first Trek. I have only ever agreed to do one online rating before but they deserved it and I want you repay others who had taken the time to do the same and help us:)
Every staff member (we dealt with 5) over 5 months during Covid waiting for my son’s gorgeous 2022 Roscoe 7 (in the Teal colour is 100 times better in person than it even looks and it looked pretty good on the internet and checked all my spec requirements) and is exemplary in all regards. Our main member “Char” deserves a special thanks though! Would take too long to explain why but try her out and you’ll see why! Product knowledge, communication updates in timeliness, honesty, reliability, helpfulness and do the Trek brand with their high quality bikes justice. Bought extra items for safety eg knee pads and had got stock. Totally worth the 6hour round trip from regional Victoria (we don’t have a Trekstore).

Was helped out by Beth over the phone and in store who helped me fit out my new Domane SL5. Have to say it was an exceptional experience with Beth going above and beyond in helping me choose the right accessories, getting them all fitted nicely and adjusting my seat to the right height.

Only issue was that when I got the bike home for my first ride I discovered the gears were mis-aligned. Now I have to wait a few days until it can be serviced!

That said I was overall impressed with the service. Their knowledge and enthusiasm to help was the best I have had in any bike shop. Just need to work on the QA checklist before putting the bike on the floor for sale.:)

This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in an age, even when I first called for advice. Genuine advice without pushy sales attempts. Free service and a spare tire tube to match. Held the bike until Xmas Eve. Well done guys. I’ll be back.
