The Fort Restaurant reviews
19Went for the buffet, tasty food but everything was lukewarm. Very cheap, $27. They do not accept seniors cards unfortunately.
Foods were amazing and it was beyond our expectations, definitely we will go back again, highly recommend and good customer service
Saturday night outing with friends thought we try something new, saw lots of advertising looked great. Well we were totally disappointed with everything, buffet food was cold l am sure that wouldn't pass health regulations (temperature wise). Cold reception on arrival, shown to table, menu placed on table and basically work it out for yourselves.
Incredible kutho and fried rice some of the best I have eaten in a while. Recommend the pork string kutho
Foods were delicious, good customer service, highly recommend for Sri Lankan foods, we will go back again, specially we love the hoppers.
I ordered take away through Doordash 7: 20 pm today, I could see the dasher was waiting for the order after 30 minutes or so, after an hour they cancelled the order as unable to fulfill the order. If you want to work part time don't bother trying to run a business.your food is good but your service sucks.
Buffet food was cold, food needs to be a certain temperature when it's on the pass. Doesn't meat health standards, roti was stone cold along with a lovely hair folded up in it. No splitting bills, it's not stated or visible anywhere and no seniors discount which is advertised as a 10%. Comprehension of English is poor or the young lady serving played it well. Will l recommend or return back absolutely not, total waste of time and money.
Went to this place on a Saturday night for the buffet and we had a really pleasant experience. Pork curry was the best out of all dishes on that Saturday.
Food was absolutely delicious and would definitely come back. Price is very reasonable. Great variety of Sri Lankan dishes and desserts. My favourite was kottu and cashew curry. I recommend this place for delicious Sri Lankan food.
The buffet was fresh and delicious. My favourite was pork curry and veg kottu. Love Watalappan and sago pudding. Can't wait to return.
Best place to have Sri Lankan food. Love the spicy feeling and food here is really amazing. The service was great. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will come back again.
Buffet food was tasty but it was cold. Not a lot of variety. And loud Backstreet Boys playing on the big screen!
Loved this little restaurant and it felt like we could have been back in Colombo! Even the choice of karaoke felt very DBU. Tasty no fuss sri lankan food. The weekend all you can eat buffet is very recommended!
I love Sri Lankan food. But some friends convinced me to go for all you can eat buffet. It was ok. Not great. The kottu was chewy and gluey. The black pork was way too salty.
Tried this place for the first time recently. The Buffet was absolutely delicious and truly authentic Sri Lankan. The best Sri Lankan meal I ever had outside Sri Lanka and will recommend this to anyone who is looking for authentic SriLankan food. The atmosphere was amazing and service was good. We will absolutely be back️
Great little spot. Only came for the buffet but the food was decent especially for the price. The only negative was the lack of vegetables! Definitely need some greens for a more balanced meal. Other than that, service was good and food had a very homecooked feel. Would come again.
Stumbled upon this place today and thought we would try their food. Absolutely delicious! The devilled pork was lip smackingly good! Friendly and helpful service too.
We went here for dinner based on reviews and left underwhelmed. Maybe the buffet is better.
Saw a flyer about an All you can eat Sri Lankan in Wantina for $22.90.
Thought we would give it a go. Gathered the troops and went in.
I must say, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh & delicious. The fresh pappadums the sago pudding.
The staff were lovely and helpful.
100% be returning.
