Unreliable. Out of 3 of 5 appointments one was cancelled the day before, and for the other two when I arrived I was told my appointment was earlier and I had missed it. Showing the receptionist the confirmation message they sent me the day before which showed that I was in fact 10 minutes early made little difference.
This was my first visit to the East Bentleigh Clinic. The treatment I received was exceptional. This clinic is now my first choice for podiatry.
