The Foot & Ankle Clinic - Collins West

Had a consultation with Molly Thomson, who was very unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing. After getting an ultrasound confirming a sprained ankle, I came in to get fitted for an ankle brace. Molly Thomson put me in a brace that was 2 sizes too small. The receptionist caught the mistake when she was ringing me up for the brace. It wasn't until then that she actually gave me the right size.

She didn't know how to put the brace on me, so we sat there and watched a YouTube video together instead. So basically I was charged ~$70 to watch a video that I could've done on my own.

I followed up and asked for a doctor's note. It's been two weeks and she hasn't responded at all, despite multiple follow-up emails. Completely unprofessional and I caution others to come here for treatment, if a place named Foot & ANKLE clinic can't even treat the most basic ankle sprain.

Not friendly, I couldn't find the place, there were no sign where its located in the building, and he wouldn't answer the phone. When i finally found it, he wasn't nice, he told me that we had to rush because i was late.

I had never been to a foot doctor before, but I was very impressed with Dr James Ferrie, He was professional and friendly, listened to my concerns regarding my injury. My aim was to get back in the gym asap. A week after my appointment/treatment with James I was back in the gym with no pain at all.
I would return if needed (hope I don't) and also recommend to others.

Dr. Dore helped me immediately and provided information/options that I had never been informed of before, by several other podiatrists. Thorough, informed, articulate and kind, I would highly recommend Dr. Dore.

He not only helped put a name to my long time pain (plantar plate tear) but has put me on the path to healing, while being kind and patient as I ask a lot of questions. He listens to your concerns and if cost is one of them will give you options if available. Very thorough when explaining your diagnosis.

Very thorough with investigating my issue. Dr Darcy Dore explained everything to me in clear plain language. I felt very comfortable with the consultation and treatment received.

Not really the one to do reviews but after my experience here with Dr Darcy i felt the need to.
He talks to you on a level and gets down to the point, he knows his stuff and after coming back for a second appointment to get my results, he broke things down and offered me his professional opinion and made me feel confident with my injury. Respect him as a doctor and person. Would defo go back for any other ankle/foot related injury no questions asked.

As per previous reviews, Dr Darcy is awesome - very quick efficient and friendly. Makes coming back for the follow up consult less worrying!

Great service at this clinic, friendly and welcoming staff. Very handy being in the city and close to work. My feet have never felt better!
