The Foodary Caltex South Yarra

Just a quick review for the most amazing place where employees have no manners I don’t know what was the name of the guy but the Indian dude made me so agitated. I called him brother can I have a coffee and he was like you are not supposed to call me that… think the mental health if the employees are not ok. I believe the long hours have effected there ability to think and react.

Stopped at Foodary today…really need to adjust coffee machine, way to weak, like hot milk, also get with the times and offer discount for byo cup.

Didn't use the service station, was at hungry jacks which adjoins. However looked modern and had a decent coffee setup, selection of foodstuffs and attentive staff

I always have a great experience here they have all the small items you need and gallons of petrol.the staff are very friendly and helpful

Lady with glasses very rude. No customer service. Doesn’t wear a name badge and accuses people. Very disrespectful.

We live around the corner from this service station and go here quite frequently to top up on simple groceries like fresh fruit, bread etc. The staff are always lovely and love it when I bring in my dog, Tofu. Great place

I come here to refuel and take a break. There is a power point to charge a phone inside and outside bar to eat at. Toilets are under reconstruction at the time of writing but are usually open and clean as far as servo standards go. Staff are usually kind, coffee is Barrista style and not machine style. Toasted sandwiches are a good quick lunch and they toast them for you on the spot. Drinks are not always cold but maybe that is good in winter. 5 stars for the welcoming vibes

One of the rudest attendants I have encountered. Spent 5 mins on the phone while I was just standing there to be told cash only I need to go to the ATM. Guy didn't even apologize just yelled cash only at me

Never been there as I live 520kms away yet I get bombarded with their unsolicited advertisements. I have never subscribed to this place.
Highly invasive ads with no way of unsubscribing!

If there are sporadic, I will call sporadic, here I feel unreasonable service, the staff's face is not happy, destroyed my mood of the day, come on, do not come here to refuel, you give the whole money to him, they will not take the initiative to give you change, when you ask them for change, their attitude is very bad, as if it is a tip should be given to them, I will never give you change again It's unreasonable for them to come here for breakfast

Bad. Ordered through Uber 2 liters of milk from Foodary. Never received the order although l received a message from Uber that my order had arrived. Uber had then taken the amount out of my bank account. I rang Foodary and was told that it was nothing to do with them and l should call Uber. There is no way of contacting Uber. Don’t order Uber delivery from Foodary. Both companies will steal your money and deliver you nothing.

Ampol/Caltex still one of the only places that do NOT accept keep cups.if there is virus concerns- it's very easy to rinse in boiling water from coffee machine. I wonder (if they are really so concerned about germs) how often are they cleaning the pumps? Do staff make sure they don't touch any other product people are buying? (Ie similar amount of "contact" with a Choc bar than a keep cup)

Worst Management and Manager name Sehil very rude and arrogant as I was standing and he was talking on phone instead of serving. Moreover, Chatting with girl staff and laughing. Worst coffee I have ever had in my life and I asked for refund he said no to me. Very poor customer service need to change staff.

Unprofessional stuff and unhelpful, you’ll release that one day.
They refused to refund my money after paying designer indoor plant that is full of Bugs.

Takes a long time to make the coffee and on top of that during the peak hours the lady barista works like there's no one in the store, it took me 15 mins to get my coffee

Only one negative thing, you can't use restrooms after 9pm, apparently there restrooms have some kind of issues like water leakage, dirty or messy everyday after 9pm as what I'm told about it.

Today night I came on 9: 15 pm. And caltex employees very rude behavior for me. And very bad mam in the world. Please don't keep this type of person in your store otherwise your store will shutdown early. No good response for customer. Thanks

And wanted to ask a simple question didnt even asked just was about to say hi to the guy working there and he yelled at me saying dont you see i am making a coffee go over the counter and talk to the guy there.
Is this any way to treat a customer?

Well I got petrol here and it was standard self serve, and I wanted some tea bags and I was able to find two sorts to choose from. So the outcome was pretty satisfied.
