The Food Squad(Fish n Chips & Pizzas )

I ordered fish and chips the other night it was not cooked properly tested dry fish was tiny and $15 worth of chips wouldn't feed a 5 year old we rang up they said sorry they stuffed up and brought another handful of chips that where cold would not recommend to anyone

Food was good once it arrived. But we have ordered food twice online.
Both times late, had to call up and chase it up. The last time they said it “was on the way” both times I called. Turned up nearly 2 hours after it was ordered. Service is ridiculous

Nice burger but the hot dog was drowning in sauce. No napkins provided. It's the small things, guys. Little extra effort to achieve big results

Horrible service, I’ve ordered tandoori paneer last night, I was almost about to eat, by looking pizza I felt bit different, I’ve asked my roommate to confirm, he confirm me that, it is not paneer (cottage cheese), It’s chicken. I felt really sad, just of their carelessness I’ve almost would’ve ate chicken instead of chicken. It’s completely against my religious beliefs, I would never recommend anyone to this shop. Such a shame.

Horrible service. It’s a shame because they offer some of the only halal pizza in Ballarat. I ordered a pepperoni and a cheesy garlic bread. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour for the food (50 minutes preparing and 5 mins delivery) but the food was also cold and the pepperoni pizza was almost purely meat and bread. The garlic bread had no cheese on it and tasted like nothing. I really hope service gets better because it was very good at one point. At this stage I recommend people stay away from here.

We’ve been ordering from The Food Squad for over a year, and in that time the quality has really dropped. Our most recent order was the worst so far. First, they gave the poor delivery person the wrong address so it was late, and thus cold (and we paid $10 for delivery!). As well as being cold the food was just completely inedible. The fried food (fish, calamari, prawns, samosa) was undercooked, soggy and caked in salt. We also ordered meatballs which were drowning in a cheap BBQ sauce (we’ve ordered them twice before and they’ve never come with sauce). The only slightly edible thing was the chips and gravy, but again they were undercooked and soggy, and of course cold. I emailed regarding our order and they refused to reply. I doubt we’ll be back. There are many, many better places to get fish and chips/snack food in Ballarat.

If you would ask me last month, I’d say they are one of the best pizza places in Ballarat. But after last night, I’m sorry to say that they’re degrading and pizzas are not the same at all! I used to be a fan of their bbq beef pizza which ordered last night too. But it was just worse! They didn’t even put BBQ sauce in the pizza. Quantity of meats also got very less. Really disappointed! I might try one more time, if it’s still bad, I’m not gonna continue my visit to the shop.

Bought some fish and chips recently and the flake was absolutely disgusting it wasn't cleaned properly and tastest like dirt. The chips where to oily and the stake burger was very undercooked

Best pizza in the Ballarat. And if you are looking for a hallal pizza it's your place.
