Unfortunately a little hit and miss. Last week we ordered from here and the chips, potato cakes etc.were all cooked to perfection. Today we ordered, same order, same distance to get it home and most was inedible - so soggy and underdone that the only thing eaten was the grilled fish which was cooked nicely. Disappointing and a waste of money tonight.

The boy named Will was very polite in the shop and on the phone, and was very kind and patient when my card declined and waited till I got money

Really good food and really fast and efficient at fixing anything wrong in order. Was really happy with the flake and burgers.

Ordered Fish and Chips last week, they were the worst i have ever had, the fish was so overcooked, i could hardly find the fish, the souvlaki was very different to the one i had two weeks ago, no very tasty at all, also the chips were overcooked. I thought i finally found a good fish and chips shop, to be disappointed again.

Got a big order for dinner and everything was spot on and! Cooked perfectly and super friendly staff. Will definitely be getting our fish and chips here from now on.

Guys come on you’ve overcooked everything AGAIN! The grilled fish / chips / potato cakes & the calamari rings were unbearably dry! What’s frustrating is this isn’t the first time please take everything off the grill / and out of oil earlier …
The previous owner (the Greek lady) never overcooked them, she would have shown you how to do it, so pls take a note from her! We spent $60+ and will not to be coming back again until this small change is implemented, it would make a world of difference!

I ordered 6 pieces of standard four by two, and a box of nails. I was the told that they are not a hardware store and could not fulfil my order. Very disappointed. Will be buying my lumber from Bunnings next time.

Quality has gone off since new people have taken over. Every thing is over cooked and I don't believe the cooking oil is changed enough.

First and last time of using. Ordered Chicken plate. Pita, rock hard. Chicken dry. Chips cold.no way value for money.

My all time FAVOURITE fish and chip shop. I cannot praise it enough! I have being a customer for 5 years and will rarely go anywhere else. In my opinion, no other shop tastes as good. The staff are so lovely!

Best flake and lamb souvlaki around and lovely service. My kids won’t eat fish from anywhere else

First time here and customer service was a little poor, leaning towards aggressive. Family pack was nice and crispy actually, but felt a little soggy in the middle after 5 mins of picking up and opening at home. Loses 2 stars for the customer service.

When you order 2 souvlaki with extre meat (mind you no saladas
Did not want) and you get charged 33.80. $10.00 for extra meat BUT you don't get that extra meat.very very wrong. Don't rip people off when they pay that extra. Won't be going back.

This has been my go to F&C shop for many years, but it looks like their are new owners now and the last 3 visits has left a foul taste in my mouth and my pocket.
They love charging for extras but don’t like giving them, the taste of the food has changed, especially the flake and hamburgers.
I’m sorry but 3 strikes now, the fish is no way the gummy shark that used to be served, and tastes more like Bronze Whaler.
$8.50 for chips that were inedible and were put straight into the bin. A hamburger that was covered in sauce, even though it was ordered with out sauce, and the pattie that didn’t even taste like a hamburger.
Chewy and tasteless what is supposed to be Flake, that was hardly touched and thrown in the bin also.
Lucky the 6 potato cakes, were edible and the 3 of us shared those as we watched the rest of the food get thrown in the bin.
It seems each time we go now it gets worse.
I feel it’s gone from one of the better F&C shops to one of the worse in the area.

Stopped off after the beach just by chance as we were heading back home down east link … amazing fish n chips. Fish so crispy, nothing was greasy would drive back down again just for the food
