I have been a member for over 9 years. The the owners Brad and Carley Cunningham have built a very welcoming and friendly environment. The trainers are amazing.

5 out of 5 stars! The Best Gym in Bayside! So welcoming and family friendly, with the most supportive trainers & members who are all inclusive no matter what your level of fitness is. I look forward to all my workouts here, especially the boxing classes which are challenging & fun, and I always leave smiling! Thankyou TFS- for all the years you have made fitness fun, and so rewarding for me. You have created a wonderful environment for people wanting to improve their health & wellbeing, it is more than just a gym!

We found the fit Shop after years of training at conventional gyms, were diy just wasn't cutting it any more, 2 and a half years later we are still blown away with TFS.

What we found was more than a gym or a fitness club, it was a community of like mind people, there to get fit both physically and.mentally. Always there to motivate, or just generally have a good time when it's needed!

A gym for everyone. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in the gym zone for a while, there is a program or class to suit you and your needs. They motivate and support and provide a safe non judgemental friendly environment to work out and push yourself. Offering awesome support with varied classes, technique, nutrition and helping you with what you want to change or improve on you feel guided and challenged to be a better version of yourself. The Fit Shop is more like a family than a gym, Brad and the team are incredibly supportive, every boot camp session is different and always challenging and the members are the best!

We turned to the fit shop after lock down 2.0, with the aim to gain fitness and confidence again, after years of training at conventional gyms that just weren't cutting it any more we were blown away with TFS.

Such a great place train! The TFS team are truly focused on client health & wellness with emphasis on things such as prehab and correct technique. Not only are the TFS team amazingly knowledgeable & supportive, but they have created a community of members that support and encourage each other. I cannot recommend TFS highly enough.

The team at The Fit Shop have been amazing, they have been able to support all levels of fitness during lockdown, offering a great selection of live online classes, still allowing them to monitor ability, fitness and give feedback on technique to ensure a safe workout for everyone. A great crew.

The Fit Shop is your one stop shop, excellent trainers, making training fun, challenging and motivating. You always feel welcome. With quality protein products to choose from in store. If it wasn’t for the zoom workouts and challenges I’m not sure how I would have survived COVID

More of a community than a gym. Any place that can make you actually excited to get up for 6am bootcamps - whether they are in person or virtual - must be phenomenal.
I started my journey with a free trial many moons ago and have not looked back!

This is an amazing family orientated and family run gym. The team at the fit Shop are not just your coaches, they're part of your family! So friendly but not afraid to push you to your limits. Especially love their bootcamp sessions, not only a good workout but so much fun!

There is no place quite like The Fit Shop. You feel welcome from the minute you walk in! I didn’t think it was possible to love a gym as much as I love this one! The trainers are absolutely brilliant - always on hand to offer support or advice at anytime.and the members are so welcoming and encouraging! The Fit Shop has a great family feel and an awesome play area for the little ones to hang out while still feeling a part of it all. Thank you so much guys!
