Great online supplier of a wide range of farm products. I am buying Cattle drenches with them for years because the prices are reasonable and the service is great. Delivery is always on time, too.

Arrived a little late but not the suppliers fault it was sitting at the depot in Young and they never called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. But the product is very good

The quality of the products are as expected. One of the items was incorrect, but have quickly moved to replace it.

Helped us out with drench. Happy to offer up educational info. Has online purchase ability w delivery or collect. Their phone number is hidden on website behind a small phone icon; seems obvious to me now but a clear number would have saved me time in getting questions answered for my timely requirements. I travelled about 1hr for their service and I'd use them again. Bonus there's bakery etc near by.

Overall The Farmers Mailbox are excellent they have a great range of stock and prices are reasonable, but they are let down by the slow shipping. Every time I’ve purchased things it’s 3-5 days before being shipped, then another 4-6 days before being delivered.

The incubators are very high quality. I had a problem and they responded super fast and were really helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I would give this mob a no score if it was available. Not only did they get my order for printed ear tags incorrect from my online instructions, they did not put my full instructions through to the supplier. I had to contact them via email and phone to get the printing instructions corrected. Also asked for tags to be put on organizers, That was not conveyed to the supplier. Further - the actual spelling of our property was incorrectly translated from our online order to the order sent to the supplier, so now we have a totally useless batch of cattle ear tags. On contacting Farmers Mailbox today, Joe was totally unapologetic, claimed he didn't understand my instructions, when I suggested he could have rung and asked me, he was rude again unapologetic and arrogant in his approach. I will find another supplier and I also recommend that others look at websites such as "Specialist Sales" fantastic service 2 day turn around and far cheaper on many products.

The farmers mail box was great it was so easy to find what you are looking for and the staff there were understanding and they are a family own business keep up the good work ok from regg chapman.
